Huge thanks to Safari 365 and especially Cearl for organizing an amazing trip to South Africa and beyond! Everything was exceptionally well planned, and Cearl was a pleasure to work with—professional, flexible, and always attentive.
As first-time visitors to Africa, we felt completely supported and impressed by the level of service. In fact, the whole experience exceeded our expectations and surpassed European travel standards.
While we had a few minor issues—like a shared transfer we thought would be private, and a dinner event that wasn’t really our style—these didn’t take away from what was otherwise a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely travel with Safari 365 again!

Fantastic & compassionate customer service!!
We had to seriously curtail our trip due to family illness, Safari 365 (Andrew & Trevor) were amazing in helping us move the elements of our trip we needed to a future date. They also ensured that the last minute changes for the remainder of the trip for this year were carried out and took the stress out of the situation for us. Would readily recommend to anyone looking to explore the African continent,

We had a wonderful trip. Everything was well planned and timed.
Our lodgings, transportation, meals were all first class and worth the cost. Staff at all venues were polite, professional and welcoming. We had a great trip.
One suggestion: don’t bother carrying bug spray, sun block. Not surprisingly, we found ample supplies of everything we needed in our lodge/hotel rooms.

Intuitive
Due to airline snaffoos I found myself with 4 ‘spare’ days tacked on the end of my already booked (with another company) trip to Africa. . Luckily I ‘found’ Jackie at Safari 365 who understood my dilemma immediately and came up with a solution I had not considered….extend my final destination of Victoria Falls and do day trips from my hotel. It was a wonderful 4 days encompassing a marvellous solo bird watching morning, with a fantastic guide, a morning with elephants and a flight over the Falls….all unbelievably wonderful experiences. Jackie booked everything including my same hotel extension, and even my transport to the airport at the end. Everything worked seamlessly and I am so grateful to Jackie & Safari 365. It was exactly what I needed. I wished I’d used them for my whole African adventure but I’ll know next time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Smooth Sailing from Start to Finish
We were so impressed with the Safari365 Team on our recent trip to South Africa. Trevor handled everything and there was no detail too big or too small for him to address with us. From the beginning airport arrival and excursions in Cape Town, to the final game drive and transport to Johannesburg, it was all handled efficiently and professionally. The recommendations were spot-on as he had listened to our needs and preferences early on and advised us accordingly. The trip with Safari365 was beyond our expectations and dreams.
From the 1st contact with Andrew he worked with us on dreams. Our itinerary was perfect. Where we stayed and the accomodation was great. The food fantastic.
The highlight was Kruger National Park. Camp Shawu was amazing, the food and the staff were impeccable. The wildlife in the huge dam was speactular. The Safari was beyond words. We had an amazing guide and saw the "BIG 5". We loved everywhere we went and every moment of our "one in a lifetime trip"

Safari 365: Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
I recently booked a safari through Safari 365 and was incredibly impressed with their service and expertise. From the initial planning stages to the actual trip, they were there to assist and ensure everything went smoothly.
In Brazil, I was fortunate to work with Elaine, who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selection and booking process. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights. Throughout the trip, our dedicated concierge, Trevor, went above and beyond to take care of every detail. His support was invaluable, especially when it came to choosing attractions and activities along the Garden Route.
While I had already arranged part of my trip independently (including my Cape Town hotel and itinerary), Trevor's assistance in selecting the cities and experiences along the Garden Route was instrumental in making that portion of the trip a success.
As for the safari itself, I highly recommend considering Shamwari Game Reserve as an alternative to the more famous Kruger National Park. Shamwari offers an equally incredible wildlife experience and is conveniently located near Port Elizabeth.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for Safari 365. They provided exceptional service, were always available to assist, and helped me create an unforgettable safari adventure. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience.
