A very good experience
I would highly recommend Snow Africa Adventures.
Our tour was custom made to suit our needs (We were a group of seven friends) and Florent did a great job in making sure that we had a comfortable trip. Our drivers and guides- Lorry and Cheeba were excellent communicators and very knowledgeable about the places we were taken to, as well as the animals.
We got to see more animals than we had expected. The lodges as well as the tented accommodation were comfortable and had all the facilities we had expected and more. The vehicles provided to us were in good condition and well suited for the safari.
Florent responded promptly to our emails and there was complete clarity, in advance about the customization of our trip. I would definitely go with Snow Africa again.

Excellent Tour with Great Service.
I would highly recommend Snow Africa Adventures.
We went for 5 Days tour. One my friend recommended me about Snow Africa Adventures. From start to finish they were responsive and professional. The accommodation arrangements were really beautiful. They have organized a great safari. Our guides and driver were also very nice. They told us a lot about life in Tanzania.

Very well organised within our budget and time frame.
From pick up at Kilimanjaro airport to drop off at Arusha four days later, a very satisfying experience. Florent the organiser, Chiba and Lorrie the drivers all very friendly and knowledgeable. The animals were amazing!

Our guide Lorry made our experience wonderful!
Snow Africa Adventures took care of us for six days in Tanzania, from Lake Myanara, to the Ngorongoro Crater, to the Serengeti. We stayed in the Serena Lodge near the crater, and in two tent camps in the Serengeti. Every day we were out in the safari truck seeing the sights. Our driver/guide Lorry was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. Six days turned out to be a long time in the safari truck; we were often in the truck for eight hours at a time. But we saw so many wonderful sights that it was a small price to pay. Animal sightings included wildebeests, zebras, hippos, buffaloes, antelopes, giraffes, elephants, lions, birds of all kinds, jackals, crocodiles, and cheetahs. The tent camps were fun, the food was fine, and the views great. Sometimes hard to sleep with the wildebeests so close and loud, but that was part of the adventure.
We would have liked to have been advised to take a good supply of US dollars. We had to pay $100 in cash per person to get into Tanzania, and at the camps, US cash dollars were needed to by a bottle of wine for dinner and for tips. This was my only complaint: that we didn't get that message ahead of time.

I would recommend Snow Africa Adventures to anyone wanting to climb Kili - they were very professional and very organised. They were also flexible (we decided we wanted to summit one day early and they made it happen). The staff are super helpful and friendly, our guides were knowledgeable and spoke perfect english. Even the food was delicious, which I still cant' figure out how they manage to do at those base camps . . .

Everything was excellently organised with great service providers.
Snow Africa Adventures organised a private climb of Kilimanjaro for my honeymoon. All the details were considered from beginning to end. We also made a change in itinerary while on the mountain which they were able to accommodate with no problems.

Great operator with great service
We made a one-day safari Arusha National park with the Snow Africa. We chose this safari because it includes walking part, and this company because of competitive price. And it was the right choice, everything was really perfect! First, all communications with Florent, the director, were clear, useful and on time. The day before safari we met in our hotel in Arusha, discuss all the details, and made a payment. Next morning the car was at our door, Florent also came, we got acquainted with our guide-driver AlFany, who were an excellent example of a great driver, with a great knowledge of nature, and a very good person totally! So, the Safari was fantastic, we saw lots of animals, also during the walking part with the ranger Ali and his assistant. In the evening we came back to Arusha, Florent again came to meet us, and we were really happy because it was one of the best and most interesting days in our lives! So, we fully recommend Snow Africa Adventures as a honest and reliable operator with great attitude to tourists!

Incredible - Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park Safari
My husband and I enjoyed a 3-day Lodge Safari to Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park back in January 2022. Initially, it took us some time to decide which company to book a safari through, but in the end it was Florent's seamless, prompt and personable communication that made us feel very comfortable booking it through Snow Africa Adventures.
We had the most wonderful time and we felt so grateful to have seen such an abundance of wildlife. Our guide was lovely and made us feel very safe, even when a cheetah jumped on our car! He also graciously managed to retrieve my mobile phone which I idiotically left at the National Park Reception Office. The accomodation was absolutely remarkable, and we wished we could have spent more time there. Even the daily packed lunch was delicious and well thought-out. I definitely recommend booking through Snow Africa Adventures. Thank-you again for such a wonderful time.
