Amarzing Trip with Bush2City
Great trip from first contact with Jackson for the booking and tailoring to what we wanted to do. We added a couple of days to a standard trip. The trip was amazing and exactly as described in the booking. Our guide and friend for the duration, Said, was very knowledgeable, always ready to please and took perfect care of us throughout the trip. Our airline lost our luggage and between Jackson and Said they managed to get them to Saronera where we picked them up. Excellent team for anyone out there looking to take a trip into the wild. You can trust them to take good care of you. The Parks themselves - Amazing - You have to see for yourselves. Thanks Guys !

The Journey of a Lifetime
From our first email contact with Jackson, to our return home, Bush 2 City Adventure has provided excellent service and a wonderful adventure. Jackson expertly helped us plan our 11 day safari/vacation to Northern Tanzania and Zanzibar which included Tarangire Park, Lake Manyara, a visit to a local village and orphanage, the Serengeti, Oldupai Gorge, and Ngorongoro Crater. We wanted to see cheetah and leopards, the Great Migration and a river crossing, relax in the early evening in front of our tent watching elephants, and hear lions roar in the night. We experienced all of that and more! We even saw leopard cubs and two black rhinos!
The accommodations were excellent- both lodges and tent camps- comfortable with friendly, helpful staff and wonderful food. (How do they prepare gourmet meals in these tent camps?) We traveled in a land cruiser, which was comfortable and roomy, although we were just a party of two, plus our guide. And I can't say enough about our guide! Said was very knowledgeable about the animals and the habitat, entertaining, a great driver, and very patient and accommodating. I'm still in awe of his ability to sight these animals (and his mastery of several languages.)
This was definitely a trip of a lifetime, and Jackson, Said, Wilson and the staff of Bush 2 City made it possible. As Jackson said to me in one of his first emails, a journey is not just the sights you see, but the friends you make. We left Tanzania having seen our "wish list," and with several new friends. Thank you guys for an awesome journey!

Excellent Tanzania safari
Communication with Jackson Solomon by email to set up the safari trip was easy. He was prompt in his responses. He was also open to changes when I chose a few different hotels/safari camps.
Our guide and driver, Saidi, was with us for 9 days and drove us about Tanzania. He taught us many things about plants, trees, animals, culture. We went to Arusha National Park and did a walking safari. We also did game drives in Tarangire Park, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. We stopped at Oldupai gorge too. We stayed at Planet Lodge in Arusha, Tarangire Safari Lodge, Escarpment Luxury Lodge, Lemala Ewanjan Tented Camp, and Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge.
Saidi was a safe driver, patient, funny and smart. He is multilingual and he referenced books or he referenced his phone if he did not know something that we asked about. He was also flexible with change of plans on a few days. When I got flu, he took me to doctors (even when he was summoned at 3:00 a.m. in the morning without a complaint).
At the end of the tour, Jackson took us into Arusha town for shopping and he even bought us some souvenir tee shirts! He drove us round trip to Kilimanjaro airport too.
We had a wonderful private trip with Bush 2 City Adventures. We saw many animals (cheetah, leopard, lions, zebra, elephants, wildebeest, serval, hyena, jackal, Buffalo, gazelles, antelopes, turtles, birds, mongoose, lizards, warthogs, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, etc.) The only animal we did not see was rhino, which was elusive in the crater. We had delicious food at the camps/hotels, excellent service, plentiful bottled water (with Bush 2 City labels on the bottles) each day while in the Toyota Land Cruiser, and we had fun. Amazing northern Tanzania safari!!!!
My husband and I had the most incredible safari experience in northern Tanzania dec2017-jan2018 organised by Jackson from Bush2City. We visited Tarangire(amazing amount of elephants), Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater(to see black rhino), Ndutu(wilderbeest migration and lots of zebra babies) and the central serengeti(best place to see leopard). We saw so many animals up close -lions,giraffes,elephants, buffalo etc etc! A leopard walked right next to our car and we saw a cheetah chase in action! We also did a Coffee tour and some cultural visits which we loved. We visited a Maasai boma(a traditional,non-touristy one).
I enquired with many safari companies(there are lots!) before booking, but we are extremely happy we chose Bush2city! Bush2City is a smaller Tanzanian owned safari company and the attention to detail, prompt responses and personal customer service was obvious from the start. No request was too large.
I also found the quotes from Bush2city MUCH more competitive than all other companies without compromising on quality. In fact I ended up booking our zanzibar portion of our trip(inc. flights etc) with Bush2city too as I found it cheaper(and much easier) than if I did it myself(as I usually do). Once we arrived in Arusha, we asked to go around and see extra things not on our itinerary and this was all done at no extra charge.
I asked a million questions before booking and Jackson was very patient and detailed with responses. Jackson knows safaris inside out as he has been a guide for years and has a true passion for giving guests the time of their lives. All of his recommendations were spot on. Accommodation he chose for us was perfect! The staff, food and locations were great..... although if you have a particular place you want to stay this can easily be organised too.
Bush2city sets itself apart by genuinely caring for its clients rather than just adding another number to the list of tourists that come through.
For our packed safari lunches we had a huge picnic basket filled with an amazing array of local gourmet specialities rather than the simple ham sandwiches that everyone else around us was eating everyday. We felt like royalty!
Our safari landcruiser was so comfortable with a pop up roof, charging station, fridge and cb radio.
I requested to do some charity visits and this was added into our itinerary with no problem or extra charges that other companies seemed to have.
Bush2city also organises other things like safaris in Kenya, gorilla trekking in Uganda and Rwanda, Kilimanjaro trekking etc etc. and I’m sure these trips are also amazing.
In terms of paying for our safari, everything was completely safe, secure and straight forward.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Bush2city for the ultimate safari.

I couldn't be happier!
I had the best time of my life. We went for a 4 days trip. First to serengeti and then the ngorogro crater. Everything vas so amazing and magical that I was crying a lot, happy tears.
Jackson is a great organizer. He did everything to make our trip as amazing as it could be. And the guide, Mr Luca, was amazing too.
There is no words to describe how happy and satisfied I am about this company.

“We spent over two weeks with Bush2City. They went to our hotel in Nairobi where our safari began with a road trip on the Kenyan countryside along the Great Rift Valley on our way to Lake Naivasha. From there on to Lake Nakuru NP (to a lovely lodge), then to Maasai Mara (to a wonderful lodge), followed by a stay at a migration camp in the northern Serengeti in Tanzania and a subsequent one at another camp in the central Serengeti. From there onto the Ngorongoro crater (to very nice lodge), then on to a night in Arusha followed by a stay at a lovely lodge just outside Tarangire NP, on to Lake Manyara NP and finally to Arusha NP ending the experience with two nights in Arusha. Our Kenyan Guide-Driver James was excellent, spotted the big 5 for us in a short time and was able to get us first class seats at the wildebeest river crossing in Maasai Mara. Not to be outdone our Tanzanian Guide driver treated us to the big 5 too as well as a different river crossing of the wildebeest. Both were able to show us lion hunts or kills in action, or recent ones with the other participants in the food chain (hyenas, jackals, vultures, etc). What day was better? What experience was better? Impossible to say. Every day was very special, with drama, beauty, tenderness, strong emotions, sadness, anxiety and the realization of the complexities of life and survival. The entire team at bush2city were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of time and individual needs and desires and worked hard to make us feel comfortable, safe and ensured we enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend this small company that is always striving to improve and make your experience a bit more unforgettable. To the B2C team: James, Danforth, Peter, Jackson and Ismail, Asante sana. A perfect Safari with kids
It was the second Safari for myself and my wife. This time with our kids (3 and 5 years old). We did a 4 day safari with Bush2city in Kenya (Masai Mara). Everything was very well organized, the tent camp was perfect (Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp), our kids loved every single thing.
