Very organized and responsive tour operator, excellent driver
I took the 5-day Safari for Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, lake Nakuru and Hell’s gate. Positive:
1) Our driver, Dennis, is an excellent professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to bring us as close as possible to all the animals and was giving us enough time to take photos and observe them.
2) all the hotels/accommodation booked by the operator was of very good quality
3) Also the hikking at Hells gate was an amazing experience and the local tour guide very cool guy
Negative:
1) I think that 5-days for this trip was a bit too much. Lake Naivasha and Nakuru could easily been seen in one day, so the customer could save the expenses for the 4th night. When in Lake Nakuru and Naivasha, we arrived quite early at our hotels and it felt kind of boring at some point.
All in all, it was a great experience thanks to Dennis (out driver), I highly recommend Jocky tours, but maybe for shorter duration safari.

Good experience
This was our first safari, and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Alberto, made this tour truly unique and was always willing to help with everything we needed. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, we were able to see all the animals and fully enjoy the national parks.
The agency staff is a very kind and attentive team. Musembi helped us choose the tour and was always available to answer all our questions.
Thank you very much for making us feel comfortable and truly welcome

Overall a very good experience and an excellent guide. However, starting earlier and finishing later
Overall a very good experience. Our guide, James Gichina, was excellent: professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The only suggestion for improvement would be for the agency to allow more time inside the parks by starting earlier and finishing later, as this would increase the chances of seeing more wildlife

Jocky Tours was well prepared.
The safari was well prepared. We were picked up at the agreed time at our hotel on the first day and each following day the pick-up time for the next day was clearly said by the driver (who was also the guide) David Mukami, and he was always there on time to pick us up.
In the parks, David coordinated well with other people in the park to show us the animals. We saw many lions, as well as other animals.
The accomodations (tent camp) at Masai Mara were okay for a budget safari, the hotel at Nakuru was very nice.

There was clear communication and everything was planned well
The whole experience was great. The communication was clear from the beginning to the end. They indeed are a reliable operator. The accommodation was also well planned in advance.
The driver, David Mukami, who doubled down as a tour guide was great. He was well versed with Masai Mara and explained everything clearly.

Well run. Delivered as expected.
Trip was great. All worked out well.
It would have been better to have more communication before. Coming from England I wasn’t sure of the itinerary or system for paying etc. I would have preferred a document that explained all this.

Good safari Tours according the plan
We had wonderfull experience on our First safari tour.
We have seen a lot of different animals.
Our driver (Rodgers) did his best to show us good places with lot of animals.
We could see big five. Unfortunatelly we could not see cheetah.
We have booked budget tour.
Most of accomodations were ok, only some have been not so good.
In one accomodation in Masai Mara (Lenchada) my wife god issues with her stomach Most propobly due to the Food there.
If you book a tour in shared Jeep (7 places), you should know that if the Jeep is Full (most of the time in our case), it’s not so comfortable especial on Rest seats.
Because one member have booked non-budget tour, he/she had different accomodations.
That means sometimes we had to wait until that person is picked up First. That could mean that you start your Game Drive later and have less time.
When some of our members left, new passengers joined our group.
Because groups have been Mixed up, some have been not happy with this situation.
For us Everything was good because we stayed in one Jeep with one driver.

Excellent driving tour for a variety of animals
The tour was communicated very well, the service from our driver Papa John was excellent with him getting us across the park to many different locations in a 2 day span. The accomodation and food were high quality as well for the value. I appreciated Papa's facts about the animals, however, they were relatively surface level and would have preferred to learn more throughout alongside seeing the animals themselves.
