Absolutely fantastic!!!!!
We booked a 3 day safari to Amboseli national park, We were really struggling to decide who to book through as the amount of safari companies out there were overwhelming. We didn't know anyone that had been on a safari to Amboseli previously to recommend us, and so we did our research and looked through the reviews of a lot of different companies, and to us jocky tours and travel stuck out. And we're so glad we went with them!
They helped us organise it from the beginning and answered any questions that we had. They helped put a personalised package together with our wishes and needs. Vincent met us at the airport at the start of the tour for transfer.
Our tour guide was Francis and he was amazing! We booked a private tour, so it was just the two of us for the 3 days and Francis became a friend, we laughed and joked and had such a great time!
Francis was able to recommend us things to do as extra activities and we really enjoyed..
We were able to see 3 of the Big 5! We had some extremely close encounters with Elephants and two big male Lions!
It was a truly magical experience and having Francis as our tour guide completed it for us!
He was extremely knowledgeable. We learnt so much from him and he was able to spot animals, even from so far away! For example, he spotted a cheetah in the distance! Many animals we wouldn't have spotted if it wasn't for Francis !
The safari was clean and was very comfortable and we have no complaints whatsoever!
We will be back, and we'll be using jocky again, especially asking for Francis !!!! Thank you so much jocky and Francis ..

Perfect safari with Isaac!
We had an amazing safari and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our guide, Issac, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always went the extra mile to make sure we saw as much wildlife as possible. Thanks to his determination, we saw an incredible variety of animals, including the unforgettable sighting of a black rhino.
The accommodation throughout the trip was excellent. Every lodge was clean, comfortable, and in beautiful locations, making it the perfect place to relax after each day’s game drive. The staff were welcoming, the food was great, and everything was very well organised.
A huge thank you to Issac for making this such a memorable trip. We would highly recommend both him and this safari company to anyone visiting Kenya.

Robin was an amazing guide I recommend
Our safari with Robin was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife. His ability to spot animals, explain their behavior, and answer every question made every game drive exciting and educational.
Robin always made sure we were comfortable, safe, and in the best positions for amazing wildlife sightings. His experience and dedication gave us incredible opportunities to see Kenya's breathtaking landscapes and wildlife up close.
If you're planning a safari in Kenya, we highly recommend Robin. His professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm turned our trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you, Robin, for making our safari so memorable—we hope to return and explore Kenya with you again!

A perfect safari.
This safari experience under Jocky Tours has been incredible. First of all, the planning has been excellent. The company offers flexible planning, and makes the itinerary for you, granting all your wishes. Madam Mineh has organized everything for us according to our preferred route, including the park entrance payments, accommodations and meals.
Secondly, the safari itself has been unforgettable, and our guide and driver Kikitu has been its heart and soul. He's and endless well of excitement, knowledge and kindness; wether you wish to see animals, learn about the country or just have a good time in the nature, he's got you covered! He's hard-working, commited, flexible and always accommodating. Also, he's been able to get us good spots for animal sighting every time.
Lastly, the value for money is very satisfactory, and it is a very reliable company. Be sure to book your safari with Jocky Tours and Kikitu!

Personalized and fascinating experience with amazing itinerary and guide.
We were a family of four, the youngest of us being 19 years old, and went with Jocky Tours. We wanted a longer safari of 12 days, and together with Maadam Minneh, we planned a personalized trip.
We did Nairobi to Aberdare to Samburu to Nakuru to Masai Mara to Naivasha/Hells Gate to Amboseli to Tsavo east, and then they took us to Diani Beach where the safari ended.
The itinerary was excellent; it left room to adapt and breathe where necessary. If it weren't for this adaptability, we wouldn't have been able to see rhinos in Nakuru due to having poor luck in the only game drive planned. Luckily we could adapt and do a quick game drive the next morning and saw plenty of rhinos the next morning.
Now enters the star of the show, our guide Kikitu. If I had to describe him in a few words, it would be. Incredibly hardworking, funny, knowledgeable, and social.
This man literally knows everyone: all the staff in the hotels, all the other guides, all the national park workers, and everything, and they all like and love him. This often helped as they gave us tips on where animals were, helped us when needed, and plenty of other things.
He also explained to us a lot of things about the country. From the animals and the parks to the history, religion, and modern politics of the country. He always knew what to say and explain.
He also worked very many and long hours just to make our safari as good as possible. The game drives always delivered, the long car trips were always interesting and felt short (the car trips were lowkey sweet for catching up on sleep).
Masai Mara was the crown jewel for me. We had two unforgettable full-day game drives, and both were special, fresh, different, and constantly entertaining.
But it's also the most mainstream park, and while being both full of fauna and astonishingly beautiful, I also felt like it didn't show the whole picture of the natural beauty that Kenya offers
That's why for me Samburu and Tsavo East, being much less popular parks, were absolutely essential for the trip. Samburu for the multitude of animals only found there and Tsavo for the breathtaking red elephants and red earth.
Just as a final statement. Kikitu always went above and beyond in order for us to have the best experience possible, and there is nothing I could ask of a guide that he didn't deliver.
An unforgettable safari
Me and my family have had a safari that will remain in our memory forever. We wanted to discover different Kenyan landscapes and animals, so we asked Jocky Tours to propose a customised safari that would include Aberdare NP, Samburu NP, Lake Nakuru NP, Masai Mara NP, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli NP, Tsavo East NP, and to be dropped at our hotel in Diani. Minneh from Jocky prepared a perfect private 12-day mid-range safari. The communication with Minneh was perfect, all emails were answered in just few hours. All accommodations were great and all of them were located inside the National Parks or at the exact border. But the thing that has made the safari unforgettable is our guide Kikitu. He is the best guide I could ever imagine. He has been great at spotting animals, has explained to us many things about Kenya, and has taken care of us every single day of the safari. Even, it has been very nice to see how many people around the country, parks and lodges knew him and enjoyed his company. Even children playing on the street next to the parks were screaming his name when we passed by with the car!!
Kikitu, you have won a place in our hearts forever.

Excellent
When we were booking our trip, we had some specific wishes, and the contact about this with Minneh went really well. She gave us good advice and adjusted the trip to our needs. Once in Kenya, our 11 day trip with our guide Kikitu went really well. Communication and information was clear. Kikitu is very knowledgeable about Kenya and its wildlife. Moreover, he is great at spotting animals and finding the right angle for the perfect photograph, and he is very pleasant to be with. I would really recommend Jocky Tours and their guide Kikitu: they really do that extra effort to make your holiday unforgettable.

Excellent
I think the experience in the Masai Mara Park is the best because it already includes most of the wild animals, almost covering all the types of animals one wants to see. Nakuru is also a very worthwhile place to visit because it has beautiful scenery, fresh air, and rare flamingos and rhinos. I think the entire trip, compared to the excitement and thrill, I would rather describe it as warm. Because while chasing the animals, I also experienced the warmth and enthusiasm of the locals. I believe this is one of the main reasons why Kenya's tourism industry is developing well. Every guide or hotel staff at each scenic spot greets every tourist with the greatest sincerity. I learned to say "Hakuna Matata" when there was no solution to a problem. This trip will be a memory that I will never forget for me. I am very grateful to David (Mukami) for being able to go through this journey with me. You are a very responsible and humorous good tour guide. You always solve difficult problems first and understand that my English is not good and is willing to communicate with me using some simple words. Traveling with you made me feel very at ease. If friends come here for travel in the future, I will definitely recommend you to them. I hope you can meet more like-minded friends in your future work and constantly find your own sense of achievement and personal value from this job.
