He was excellent and very professional who knows his job very well with good customer services.
A unique adventure.
The Benson safaris Tanzania are good time keepers. Arrived at pick up point Holili at exactly 7am ready to manoeuvre the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro at the Marangu kilasiya falls. Trekking down hill was a scary but adventurous. Enjoyed the view and the cold waters of the falls.
Thereafter, another interesting site to visit was the chagga caves where the history of the chagga community is unfolded.
The best experience was the chemka spring where the foot massage was out of this world expert 🤣.
Kudos to the Benson safaris for the tour and excellent customer service.
Benson safaris ensured we were safe and both within the hotel room and without.

Our trip with Benson Safaris Tanzania was a wonderful experience, thanks especially to our two amazing driver-guides, Daniel and Zabuu. We visited Kilasya Waterfall, Chemka Hot Springs, and spent time exploring the streets of Moshi. Each place offered something special — the peaceful beauty of the waterfall, the refreshing and clear waters of the hot springs, and the lively, welcoming atmosphere of Moshi town. Excellent in every way. Product, service and communication
We spent over two weeks with Benson Safari who handled every nuance of our trip. We started by hiking the Lemosho route up Kilimanjaro over the course of eight days with fourteen support crew. Our guide, Shaban, our assistant guide, Edie, and the cook, porters and others made our quest successful in that we summited on the night of the seventh day!! We then spent two nights at the Grand Melia in Arusha and then embarked on a six day safari to Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti. If we would do it again, we would probably stay three nights somewhere in the Serengeti and head out from there and try to minimize travel time down by using flights or narrowing the parks we visited. Lots of bouncy road time!!!
