Everything was working like Swiss watches. All transfers, all hotels, all flights
Our group of friends begin to plan this trip in simmer last year. We change our trip itinerary pretty often and Sara was with us every step of the time. I was impressed with her prompt replies. Exactly the same was during our trip.
Top peak: both hotels in Kruger. Transfer from Shalati to Kruger gate hotel was like limo service! If you can organize car like this to Panorama road it will be nice.
Victoria Falls was a little disappointed, because in this time of the year is lot of water and not a lot to see, but sunset cruise was really nice and also dinner with drums show.
This company is highly recommended.

Excellent tour
Guided by Safari.com I booked a 4 night safari at Sanbona Tinley Manor and the safari lived up to all my expectations and more. The staff, accommodation,food and safari drives were all excellent .my guide Jacques was wonderful and very knowledgeable enhancing all the drives.I would highly recommend Tinley Manor.

Botswana Safari
We were very happy with our experience working with the team at Safari.com to organise our amazing Botswana safari holiday. Nerine our tour manager crafted a seamless itinerary. Any requests from us were added in without any hassle. Communication was clear with all responses occurring via email within 1 business day. Safari and Victoria Falls trip
Shann organized our six night trip end to end. All we had to do is be where we were supposed to be. The Shalati Bridge Train Hotel is a must stay if you are doing a safari in Kruger National Park. We stayed at the Waterfalls Lodge in Victoria Falls, the accomodations were just fine, but nothing special. The staff was outstanding. We highly recommend Shann and Safari.com for your vacation planning. They are outstanding!

Excellent hospitality
Hoyo Hoyo safari lodge has exceptional hospitality and the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and aim to please!
The experience was amazing and trip of a lifetime. The rooms are as seen on website! So cool!
The only negative I have to say is the smell in the rooms (musty smell) needs to be addressed! I’m not sure if it’s due to all the rain recently or if that is the way they are due to the bamboo walls!

Exceptional Service
We had an excellent experience with Safari.com and in particular Cearl Marney. She gave us various safari packages to choose from and we selected Tilney Manor at Sanbona Game Reserve.
