Not very friendly or understanding at all.....
I was quoted an absolutely ridiculous price, more than half than the reserves website actually stated, no difference between adult and child, and did not in slightest try and accommodate me or better the price, an absolute rip off they are....

Unfortunately when looking at only the quoted price of a lodges game drive prices and then regarding our quoted price to be higher you should please consider that there is some hidden costs like the entrance fees and conservation levies, professional liability insurance while on the activity and staff fees that handle your enquiry as well as banking fees to process payments ext.
We try and have very competitive pricing and cut all margins to make it affordable to our clients and on most safaris it is absorbed, as you only wanted one game drive and wanted to drive there yourself we suggested that you book with the lodge directly as it would cut out the above expenses and regret that you feel that we did not try and accommodate you with a better price.
