From the moment they were requested a quote, Rose was available 24x7 for any clarification, advise or adjustments to initial quote.
Our guide, Caleb, was extremely professional, sociable, exhibiting a formidable knowledge of Kenya’s wildlife and very comfortable to spend time with. Through the course of the 6 days safari tour, Caleb was always punctual and ready to accommodate any request from his clients. Caleb is a funny and easy going person with excellent driving skills and good with kids.
In relation to the Safari tour, the combination of lodges and places to visit proved to be a great package. We were very satisfied with Sopa Lodges, which provided good value for money. We could have spent one more day in Naivasha as it is a great place with kids.
Overall we had an amazing tour with Safariline defender and truly recommend them.

I had an absolutely amazing time on this safari! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and professional. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure the experience was enjoyable and comfortable.
A special shoutout to our guide, Chege – he was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about wildlife and nature. He made sure we saw the Big Five and shared so many interesting facts along the way. His energy and enthusiasm truly made the trip memorable.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a genuine and well-guided safari adventure.

Rich in emotion
Communication with Rose was very fluid. She answered my questions and was very quick in the exchanges. So I was able to quickly book the safari.
We then met our guide Charles who was very professional throughout the safari. He made us live a unique experience during his good knowledge of the reserve (Masai Mara). We were lucky enough to see many lions and many other animals. Communication was very easy and the Jeep was comfortable.
We then went to Lake Nakuru, unfortunately we had to change guide and Jeep, this one was much less comfortable and the guide was not very communicative. Lake Nakuru is still nice.
We had opted for the budget formula and the 2 accommodations were nice, there was everything we needed (tent and hotel). To take into account that sometimes you have to wait a little while to have hot water for the shower, but the staff indicates it at the time of Check in
Plan small snacks, the days are long.
It was a very rewarding and unforgettable experience. Do not hesitate to make your reservation.

My personal driver Mary was amazing. She took me to cultural villages, Giraffe Sanctuary, Fourteen waterfalls, and gave me a taste of village and slum experiences. With her diligent services I got to interact with real people of Kenya in various parts. Her tour provided me an in-depth understanding and exposure of the culture and society.
