Trip of a lifetime
We had a wonderful experience and trip arranged by Tammy at Pembury Tours. She was always very prompt with responses regarding concerns or changes to our itinerary. We were provided with excellent and detailed documentation of every step of our tour, both online and printed. The guided tours that were arranged for us were excellent, both in Victoria Falls and Cape Town. All of our transfers and flights between locations within Africa were punctual and hassle-free.
Our itinerary was as follows:
2 nights in Johannesburg - Da Vinci Suites
4 nights in Dulini Lodge in Sabi Sands (near Kruger) - first class lodging with excellent game drives.
1 night in White River (stop over)
2 nights Victoria Falls - Victoria Falls Hotel
3 nights Ngoma Lodge in Chobe - fabulous lodge
2 nights Shinde Lodge in Okavango Delta - a little more rustic but still very nice with great service
3 nights Cape Town - Radisson Blu near V&A Waterfront

Another fantastic trip to South Africa combining safari & Garden Route
This is the second time I have used Kerry to organise our trip to South Africa and I have recommended her to friends and family who have used her too. Having given her a rough outline of our planned visit, she sent various options and we were able to create a wonderful trip tailored to our specific needs at an affordable price. Her communication, local knowledge, attention to detail, flexibility and eagerness to please are all exceptional. Her choice of accommodation was precisely what we were looking for. Great itineary, perfect execution, and timely communication
I was traveling to South Africa for work, and was looking to extend the trip to do safari in Kruger National Park. I had never been to Africa before, and had no idea what to expect. Tammy Harding from Pembury created an itinerary that included lodging in two different private reserves in Greater Kruger National Park. The choice of the two private reserves was ideal, which I could appreciate only after the completion of our trip as this was my first visit to the African continent. All the arrangements were fantastic, and communication prompt and timely. Tammy's guidance on local weather conditions at the time of our visit, necessary vaccination (none for our case as our travel was restricted to South Africa) and corresponding packing list was spot on.

Anya Jarvis is a remarkable agent to book my safari in Botswana and South Africa.
I did not want to use an US agent who really did not have an intimate first hand knowledge of the properties.
After corresponding with 7 agents via a safari booking website, I decided on Anya. Of Pembury Tour, a Cape Town company with solid reviews.
She listens carefully to what I wanted and made recommendations giving me options for an anniversary and birthday trip to Cape Town, 2 Delta and Desert safari camps in Chobe and Savute and a hotel in the wine country. You can zoom with her to plan your trip. She is a pleasure and extremely competent.
She picks up an any logistical errors I made in my planning. If you have concerns about re-packing to a duffle for the safari flights she knows exactly how to advise you the best way to approach the problem. During the trip if you want to deviate from the itinerary and go to a township outside of Cape Town, she knows how to suggest the best options. When we were staying in the wine country we experience a Cape Storm with winds and pouring rain flooding roads when we planned to use a self drive rental car ride back to Cape Town for our flight home, I called Anya. She monitored the situation, made arrangements for a professional driver to get us to the airport safe, sound and dry. She had the rental car company pick up the rental car at the hotel.
So if you want a travel agent whose mission is to give you the best trip possible and will monitor the trip to make sure it happens, Anya Jarvis is the one you should pick.

Gail was very easy to work with on our list of desirable locations. Sabi Sands, Victoria Falls, Cape Town and surrounding areas plus wine country. She coordinated 3 domestic flights, transportation, accommodations, tour guides and excursions. The itinerary provided to our group of 8 was very detailed. Perfect in Every Way!
Anya, at Pembery Tours, planned a three week holiday in South Africa. From our initial contact, Anya listened carefully to our desires and dreams for this once-in-lifetime tour. Since we had never visited SA or done a safari before, we had a ton of questions and were quite daunted by the process. Anya’s experience touring herself, as well as years of planning for others, cut through the confusion easily and we were soon presented with some amazing tour options. And these weren’t cookie cutter tours, but ones that included some less common options, especially Swartland, a newer and less visited wine region that my husband had been reading about. We loved EVERYTHING about our trip and, upon reflection since we have been home, would not change a thing. The itinerary, the two safaris, the hotels, the flights, the restaurant recommendations…. all top-notch. I could go on and on… A final comment - Pembery works with great partners. Our many drivers and guides were so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and fun. We learned so much from each of them and and they made each day memorable and rich. We left SA considering them as friends. We had an absolutely brilliant trip to South Africa and I can’t recommend Tammy from Pembury Tours highly enough.
From the very beginning, the advice and planning were outstanding and the entire holiday was put together seamlessly by them - from flights, to hotels, to the hire car and everything in between. The whole experience from the safari to the drive along the beautiful Garden Route was unforgettable.
Every hotel we stayed in was unique, welcoming and exceptional. It honestly felt like each stop could have been a destination in itself. Throughout the trip everything ran smoothly and all the information provided beforehand made things incredibly easy for us.
A real highlight was the Travel Portal, which beautifully documented every part of the trip. It contained everything we needed in one place, along with a wealth of useful information about South Africa from safety advice, to tipping guidance, and suggestions for activities and attractions.
What really stood out was how stress-free the entire experience was. All the hard work had clearly been taken care of, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy every moment.
