Great Organisation, Exceptional Customer Service all culminating in an exceptional experience
We did a 6 night/7 day safari, taking in Maasai Mara, Nukara and Amboseli. After a lot of research into differnt companies, I narrowed it down to 3 and after a call with each one, I decided to use Maggie and her company Bison Safaris for our trip. From the beginning Maggie proved to be so accomaddating and flexible with regard to our trip. she designed a 7 day excursion for us and again after more research she made the changes that I requsted, be it destinations/accomadation etc. Officially our tour started on a Sunday. Our flight arrived into Niarobi 6am on the Saturday and Maggie also arranged accomadation and transfer to a hotel where we had an early checkin facility. She also organised accomadation and transfers for us at the end of the Safari as we were going on to zanzibar for a week, and again when we returned from Zanzibar to depart for home from Nairobi. Nothing was too much trouble and last minute reqeusts/changes handled without hassle. The best Customer Service experience I have had in years! The Safari itself was fantastic, with great guides/drivers who were so friendly, Knowledgeble and did their absolute best to ensure we had the best experience. All the Hospitality/catering staff we met in the different camps/accomadations were also fantastic and also determined to ensure you enjoyed your visit. I really have no negatives to report, It was all fantasic. If I wanted to be really picky we had a few power failures, due to heavy rain, and I heard a few moans from others about this, however for us this just added to the experience and felt part of the real Kenya! So, our sincere thanks to Maggie and all her associates for making this one of the most memorable experience's of our lives!! Wev will be back!

Bison Safari Tour was Excellent and well planned
We took a 4 days and 3 nights safari to Masai Mara and Nakuru through Bison Safari. The trip was well planned, well managed. The driver cum Guide (Mr. Kush) was amazing and knowledgeable. He explained every minute details about animal behaviour. He was cordial enough and supportive while on the trip. He would stop as and when we requested due to kids call for washroom or having some snacks.
The hotels selected by Bison Safari (Jambo Mara and Buraha Zenoni) were also nice with great hospitality.
Thanks Bison Safari team for making this trip memorable.

AMAZING
We spent 10 days with Bison Safaris. We have no words to describe the experience; it was incredible. Maggie, the owner, was attentive to us the entire time and super flexible when organizing the entire trip. She was very professional and helpful. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with flowers (it was our honeymoon). It was all the little touches that made the difference. The next day, we met up with Andrew, our driver for the safari. He was a lovely person, always willing to show us everything, explain everything, and take us around, making stops whenever we needed. The safaris with Andrew were truly wonderful. He made us feel at home from the very first minute. He also shared many animal experiences with us and explained a lot about them. He has a lot of experience on safaris and took us to the best places to see the best of the safari, and he succeeded. Thank you, Bison Safari, for making our trip a unique experience.

The best experience ever, we went on a half day game drive to Nairobi national park where we explored the park together with the team Bison Safari's which made the experience more rejuvenating and unforgettable, we meat pride of lions and some antelopes. We never wanted to end the safari though time was counting we had to leave the park

It was Amazing!!!
We went on a 4 days safari in Maasai Mara and Nakuru. It was a great experience with a lot of adventure. The safari jeep was big and comfortable. Our guide Edward, a very nice man who could tell us a lot about the wild animals and the way they live. We were planning to see the big five and we did! We saw a lioness with her cubs, elephants from a few meters away when we had our lunchbreak (the food was good during the whole safari), a Leopard with her cub in a tree, rhinos and sightings of the pink flamingoes in Lake Nakuru. Edward made sure we felt safe during the whole trip and stopped the car anytime we wanted to take pictures. We spotted a lot of animals, monkeys, lots of beautiful birds, giraffes, zebra's and many many more. Every morning we woke up very early to start the game drive. But it was worth it. The sundowners were the perfect way to end the day. Thank you So much, it was amazing!!!

Our first trip with Bison Safaris was in December 2023 to Masai Mara everything was well organized and was available on call when we needed to clarify access to the hotel through the park our stay at Enkorok Mara was well organized and we enjoyed. December 2024 she organized our vacation to Watamu, from booking SGR tickets and check in. Despite arriving early in Watamu she had ensured that our hotel rooms were available earlier than the booking in time and her expertise in room selection ensured we got rooms away from the restaurant and pool which were quiet.
