This spring, while planning my trip to Kenya and comparing different travel agencies, I came across Amazing Memories and found a travel package that promised an authentic and wonderful experience at an affordable price. From the very beginning, Brian was always available and attentive. He understood my needs, fulfilled my requests, and gave me valuable advice throughout the planning of the entire trip. His professionalism really stood out when I ran into an unexpected problem: my earlier flight was cancelled. Within just a few hours—and without me even having to ask Brian managed to reorganize my itinerary so that I wouldn’t miss a single activity. I truly appreciated how quickly and efficiently he handled the situation. Robert, our guide, was equally exceptional. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the national parks and wildlife, sharing fascinating details about the animals throughout the safari. He was always available and attentive to our requests, and thanks to his expertise, we were able to see the “Big Five” multiple times. Overall, it was an incredible experience, made even better by the professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care shown by Brian and Robert.
