Professional. Reliable. Thoughtful.
I started planning my solo trip with them 1.5 years ago to arrange my trip. Amazing was one of the best rates among all, also I the travel agent Anastacia has been extremely patient and fast responding, I have a hundred questions and she always reply gracefully. It gave me a lot of assurance knowing they treat my trip very seriously.
My original trip had to unfortunately be cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Even though it is past the refund cancellation time, Anastacia still helped to discuss with management the possibility to reserve part of my payments which made my unfortunate situation much less terrible experience.
1 year later, when I restarted the trip planning, Anastacia picked up like we never left off a thing. She is patient like this not just to me, but also my other friends making the enquiry at the same time. (their accommodation arrangements are TOP TIER btw)
As for the driver Chris, one can immediately tell he is a pro. From our first interaction he is warm, welcoming, and kind. During the trip, seeing him maneuvering through the bumpy roads to managing small trip changes. I really admire his respect to the rules and policies in place for safari. He would check on stranded broke down cars in the Mara, care for the poor lost cattle in the Mara, and make sure followings vehicles passed challenging roads safely, most importantly, he checks the expectations of the game drive and really tried to fulfill your wishes. Most of the stops and service providers rely on the driver to manage on the road. Chris knows EVERYONE on the trip, and were able to secure all requests, really adding a strong sense of responsibility and safety, makes you know you are well taken care of.
Another highlight is the service during the trip between Chris & Anastacia, there were some small hiccup with the room bookings and entrance fees (including me trying to add one more stop during the visit 😂)
Anastacia is extremely responsive and resolved everything timely, the dream team DO go the extra mile.
Another shout out to my friends’ driver Douglas. I was told he is a good fun to be in a car with, with a maybe mischievous vibe (in a good way). Our 2 cars were doing a game drive on one of the days and he is super magical with finding animals even on a dry day on the savanna

Incredibly knowledgeable and kind as well as organized and perfectly planned
Incredible experience, which would have been impossible without our gracious guide Raphael! He was very flexible with us but also pushed us when we needed because his goal was for us to have the best experience and did not want us to miss out! Bottom line: listen to your guide, they know what time to go and where to go! My friend and I booked this relatively last minute and Titus was amazing and get us booked for great lodges.

A trip for lifetime
We had an amazing safari experience and are extremely happy with the whole trip.
Our trip coordinator, Morris, was excellent from start to finish. He was very good at planning the itinerary and communication was always clear and prompt, both before the trip and throughout our journey. Everything was well organised, which made the whole experience very smooth and stress-free.
Our guide, Joseph, was also fantastic. He was extremely good at spotting animals and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the parks. He was always punctual, drove safely even on some very difficult roads, and worked hard to make sure we had the best possible safari experience.
We were incredibly lucky with our wildlife sightings. We saw four of the Big Five, with rhinos being the only ones we missed. One of the biggest highlights was seeing wildebeest crossing while lions and crocodiles were hunting — both on land and in the water. It was such an incredible and unforgettable experience. We also had several very close lion sightings, including a few occasions where it was just our car there, which made those moments even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic trip and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A huge thank you to Morris and Joseph for making our safari so memorable. We would definitely recommend them!

More than amazing.
After researching and comparing more than a dozen local safari operators in Africa, we ultimately chose Amazing Memories—and it turned out to be an excellent decision.
From the very beginning, Titus, our customer service representative, was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient. I had countless questions before the trip, and he always took the time to answer them thoroughly and promptly. His warm and attentive service gave us great confidence even before we arrived in Kenya.
We were a group of six sharing one safari vehicle, and the overall price was extremely reasonable considering the quality of the experience we received. The safari itself was truly exceptional. We saw all the wildlife we had hoped for, and were incredibly fortunate to witness some unforgettable moments in the wild, including predators hunting and animals feeding. It was far beyond what we had expected.
A very special thank you to our guide, Frank G. He was absolutely outstanding. Not only is he an excellent and highly skilled driver, but he was also incredibly attentive to all six of us throughout the journey. He made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and enjoying every moment of the safari.
What impressed us most was his thoughtfulness on our final day. After bringing us back to Nairobi, he could easily have dropped us at our hotel and finished for the day. Instead, he generously took us around Nairobi city centre, showed us a little more of the city, and even recommended some wonderful restaurants for us to try. That extra effort was completely beyond what we expected, and it really showed how much he cared about our experience.
We are genuinely grateful to Frank G. for everything he did for us, and to Titus and the entire Amazing Memories team for making this journey so memorable.
If you are considering a safari in Kenya, we would wholeheartedly recommend Amazing Memories. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and most importantly, genuinely caring.

Fantastic 8‑day Kenya Safari with Amazing Memories – Highly Recommended!
We completed an 8‑day Kenya safari with Amazing Memories and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
Nevill from the team was incredibly responsive online throughout our planning phase. He replied to our messages promptly and answered all our questions efficiently, which made pre‑trip communication smooth and stress‑free.
Our guide Eliud was extremely responsible and took great care to keep our vehicle clean at all times. Eliud was patient and dedicated when searching for wildlife for us. Even on long, tiring work days, he never complained. Customer satisfaction was his top priority, and it really showed in every game drive. Thanks to his efforts, we spotted a huge variety of animals across the parks.
Overall, this was a deeply satisfying safari trip. We would whole‑heartedly recommend Amazing Memories to anyone planning a Kenya adventure.

Professional, responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to making the trip great
We just finished an amazing 10-day safari in Kenya, visiting the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and we were very satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish.
From the planning stage, Morris was very responsible and helpful. He always tried his best to accommodate our requests, suggested different alternatives when needed, and helped us work out an itinerary that suited both our preferences and budget. Communication with him was smooth and reassuring throughout the preparation process.
Our guide, Douglas, was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable guide who seems to know almost every animal and bird we encountered. More importantly, he knew where and when we had the best chance of seeing wildlife, which made a huge difference to our safari experience.
Douglas was also very easy-going and flexible. He was always willing to adjust the schedule based on what we wanted to see or how we were feeling that day. On many occasions, he stayed out much longer than originally planned so that we could make the most of our game drives, and he never complained about the extra hours.
Beyond wildlife, we also really enjoyed talking with him about Kenya itself. He shared a lot with us about local life, society, and the socioeconomic conditions of the country, which gave us a much deeper understanding of Kenya beyond what we saw in the national parks.
Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable trip. We really appreciated the effort Morris put into organizing everything and Douglas's professionalism, knowledge, patience, and flexibility throughout the safari. We would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya
