Amazing journey in Kenya
Unforgettable safari experience in Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha. Roger is an amazing guide, always attentive and making sure we could enjoy every moment. We were lucky to see lions, cheetahs, rhinos, elephants, giraffes, buffalos and so much more! An incredible trip I’ll keep in my heart forever. Thank you Roger!

Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris- highly professional tour operator. Winnie Juma & Daniel Gichero
Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris is a highly professional and reliable tour operator that delivers unforgettable, well-organized safari adventures with outstanding customer service. Ms. Winnie Juma (my agent was very kind and helpful)
From start to finish, my experience with Axis Africa was seamless and truly memorable. The guide/Driver Mr. Daniel Gichero was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wildlife, making every game drive exciting and informative. Everything from transportation to accommodations was handled with care and attention to detail—an absolutely excellent safari experience!

well organized tour operator, unprecedented experience at Masai Mara
Traveling to a distant place like Africa can be a little daunting, but the operator handled every concern with great care, making the experience completely worry-free.
1. Pre-Trip Support: A Reassuring Operator
Even before we booked, an operator, Tabitha, responded to my emails with prompt and sincere answers. She provided accurate information and helpful suggestions for all my questions, allowing me to prepare for my first time in Africa with complete peace of mind.
2. Our Amazing Guides: The Perfect Game Drives
Day 1: Our Experienced Guide, Amos
On the first day, our guide, Amos, was a seasoned veteran. He explained the animals and their behaviors in an easy-to-understand way. He was an expert at finding the best spots and angles for photos, so we never missed a perfect shot. He was also very friendly and listened carefully to our requests.
Day 2: The Animal Pro, Khaifa
Our guide on the second day, Khaifa, was a true expert who knew the Maasai Mara like the back of his hand. With his incredible intuition and unique network, he was able to find important animals like lions, cheetahs, and leopards without a radio communication. He created a special, private moment for us to observe and photograph the animals, making it a truly unforgettable experience. His background knowledge and driveing skills are awesome.
3. A Missed Migration across the river, But Still a Great Memory
Unfortunately, due to several days of rain, the Mara River had swollen and our Land Cruiser couldn't cross it, so we were unable to see the wildebeest migration in the river. We know this is a part of nature, so it was unavoidable.
To make up for it, Khaifa showed us a powerful video he had taken two weeks earlier, which allowed us to fully appreciate the moment.
such video can be seen in Youtube.
Thanks to the meticulous support before our trip and the local guides' passion and knowledge, this tour became an unforgettable experience. It was a perfect trip that turned our worries into a feeling of security and gave us an incredible sense of wonder beyond our expectations. I would definitely want to book this tour again.

Well Organised
We had a 7 day trip starting with Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and ending in Amboseli. I got 3 different quotes and Axis definitely offered the best rates, even giving us a budget option, mid-range and luxury and we went with mid-range. Lucy from Axis was amazing, patient and so helpful. We communicated mainly via whatsapp which was convenient and she always responded even out of business hours, which she did not have to do but always got back to me. She was patient when we needed to add group members and when they had to cancel, gave me alternate accommodation options to review when we asked and really helped plan a great trip.
We had to pay a 30% deposit to secure our booking and had the option of only paying the balance on Day 1 of the safari but we opted to pay the balance before we arrival and this turned out to be a good decision - you are taken to Axis offices before you set off on safari and they were SO busy! So it was convenient that we had already paid.
There were long travel days in between locations but Ken was an amazing driver and really made an effort to get us there as early as possible and safely. He also did his utmost to get us a good sighting while on safari even amongst the many, many safari vehicles.
Overall I would definitely recommend Axis when choosing a tour operator to help plan your trip, they take out all the hassle and offered fair rates.

Nice people, good planning and a nice time.
The Safari was really good. Everything is planned really good and you spend a lot of your time in a national park. Our tour guide was Peter Kapino he is really kind and he has a really good knowledge about the animals and the national parks. I can only recommend booking your safari with Axis Africa.
