Generally is good.
Jack is excellent driving, warm service, enthusiastic hunting and serious looking for animals, let us experience the fun of safari but the quality of accommodation is different, there is insufficient water for showering for several nights, and there is no hot water.

Incredible safari experience
This was our first ever safari to Maasai Mara and we had an amazing experience! The planning with Tabitha was seemless. Her recommendations were extremely helpful and we got the accomodation that we wanted! The communication with us was great from the beginning and everything was on time.
I loved that our driver who was also our guide, Brian, is so experienced and knowledgeable. We navigated the park with ease and he gave us the most incredible views of the animals - he knew where we'd find them throughout our game drive. We got to see 4 of the 5 big five! And many more.
Our stay at Jambo Mara and Enkorok was exemplary. We look forward to our next adventure with Axis!

This trip truly opened my eyes. It was a journey that touched both my mind and my heart.
I’m so glad I joined this tour – during the six days of safari, I saw so many rare and amazing animals. Our driver, Jack, became one of our companions as well. We had the pleasure of spending 6 days on safari across Africa with Yasim as our guide and driver — and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He’s a skilled and responsible driver, always prioritizing our safety and comfort. His calm personality, great sense of humor, and professionalism made the journey even more enjoyable.
We’re especially grateful for how he handled a very tense situation on June 25th, during the protests and unrest in Kenya. While crossing through a difficult area, his composed demeanor and quick thinking got us out safely — even putting himself at risk to protect us.
