Knowledgable, determined, chilled & a joy to spend time with
I did a 4 day Masai Mara / Lake Nakuru trip and it was amazing. The timings were perfect to see the parks at various times and our guide Soloman knowledgable about the animals, birds, trees and plants ensuring we got to see as much as possible. He was super considerate for us to capture moments, whilst encouraging us through the vast range of things to see! Axis was easy to book with, timely and i felt really accommodated different members of our vans routes well with limited waiting around. The accommodation was great, friendly and food totally adequate healthy and simple. I had such a joyful experience a recommend this provider, guide and trip to everyone. Thank you

A Great Safari driver
A driver, Joseph was a good driver, and we were able to see many animals. The only minus point is that he was not on time as he made a little bit long break during our Safari trip.

Excellent safari
The tour was very well organized, starting from airport pick up to hotel drop off. I selected the mid range options and all the camps and hotels included were absolutely nice. the Guide Stanley was amazing, with very good sense of humor he could create a very positive atmosphere, he is also very caring and solution driven, he could find solution in any situation. We could see all animals (except leopards ) with him and even observed a chita trying to hunt. Stanley is very knowledgeable about animals and birds.
I enjoyed my safari, this was one of the best experiences of my life.

Last minute visa saver
They save my trip cause I did not have a visa and they help a lot . Kevin the driver was also amazing .. the jambo hotel is perfect

Excellent service, had a great safari with Axis Africa
My Masai mara safari trip organized by Axis Africa - one of the best holidays I ever had. Everything was properly arranged - pick up from hotel, on road journey, very nice camp and excellent game drives. A big shout out to our guide/driver - Mr. Julius, he is simply the best. He is a rock star. he had excellent knowledge on the reserve, ecosystem and the animals. I was joined with a very vibrant group for the drives and this was a very memorable trip. Certainly coming back very soon for a family trip.

You will have a great time here
We booked a budget safari for 4 days and were expecting a very budget experience. However, we were surprised to get a very experienced, caring and kind guide (Dickson) - ask for him he is the BEST, a sometimes luxury accommodation (Buraha Hotel and every morning and evening warm meals) and getting exactly what we came for: Watching wild animals in a welcoming environment. At the time of writing this we saw everything but rhinos and we still have one day left.
We would absolutely recommend to book the option of using a Land Cruiser/Jeep to get a better view and bring your binoculars (you can take a picture with your phone through them).
We also opted in to visit the local Masai village (20€) and take a boat trip on the lake Naivasha (30€). While we enjoyed both, I think the price for the latter is a bit too high. At this point we can not say anything about the Nakuru trip we booked.

Excellent, well organised tour that exceeded our expectations
We had a great time with Jack as our guide on safari.
He was so enthusiastic and keen to find the animals for us. He is a very good driver and we felt safe at all times despite difficult driving conditions with rain and heavy traffic on the roads.
The tents are a good value option for accommodation with the brick built bathrooms on the back. The food was very good and the chef at our camp,Tito, was very friendly and hard working.
We did 2 nights at Masai Mara and then 1 night at lake Navisha. This gave us the opportunity to see the Big 5 and so much more. From what others said to us, we benefited from having Jack as one guide for the whole trip. Some are switched between vehicles/drivers which can affect the experience.
