For the trek, our guide, was so important for us the last night, guiding us in the dark and bringing our water bottles to the top. We couldnt have made it without him. All the meals we had on the mountain were really good (they were diversified and there was a lot of food).
About the safari, it was incredible! We chose Middle range safari and were not disappointed at all, considering the camping sites are really in the middle of the wildlife! Our guide, was excellent and he is such a good driver (we always felt secure, no matter the road condition). He knows so many things about the wildlife and East Africa and he was always eager to give us informations. He was also concerned by our needs and was able to show us everything that we wanted to see. I would recommend him to anyone. We also had an excellent cook, Markus, who, each day, managed to make small miracles for us (he made me a cake for my birthday in the middle of the Serengeti!). We had such a good time with them!
About the car, the communication before and after the trek/safari, the price, etc., everything was perfect. I recommend Hekima Safaris East Africa to anyone who wants to make a good trip

The main attractions were - Bwindi, National Parks - Queen Elizabeth, Lake Mburo, Murchision and Kibale Forest. Apart from the exotic nature, it was an extraordinary experience to visit the local village and several places "off the beaten track". Due to covid, the plan had to be changed during the stay in Uganda (some attractions were closed by the Ugandan government). Jackson and his staff are amazing. Very professional in organizing everything from the begin. They really knows how to take care of the customers which, in my opinion, is a primary target for the tour operators that works in East Africa. We had the chance to go up in the Kilimanjaro for our first five days and then we continued for a 5 nights Safari all over the parks in nothern circuit.

We booked the tour directly with Hekima. Everything was safe and secure. At some point we had to reschedule due to emergency and there were no problems with that (no penalties). Although, the tour was booked as a group, there were no other people joining, so we had a de-facto individual experience. We are very happy that the tour was not cancelled due to the lack of people. The tour experience itself was very unique authentic - like coffee tour with local people. They really wanted to share the culture with us, not to sell something. The key part of the tour was real hunting with Hadza people - that was something one of a kind! They were able to catch a wild cat, cooked and ate it immediately. This something that you will not see on any other tours. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The accommodations were very good (we had a room with jacuzzi on one night). I am highly recommending this tour and company, especially if you want to see Africa beyond safari!

I had an amazing safari with Hekima, from the minute I contacted them to ask for quotes until after the safari was over, they were brilliant.
