Amazing Experience!
Context: It was a magical experience visiting Kenya for the past week. We were able to see the wildebeest migration in the Mara, as well as 4 of the big 5: Lion, Buffalo, Elephant, and Leopard. The entire safari was smooth, and we had John, a experienced safari guide/driver who had been working in the industry for the past 20 years. Would really like to visit Kenya again, and I would really recommend booking with Arkman Safaris!

Fantastic guide
The safari was amazing and the guide could not be faltered however we also booked a balloon ride with Arkman and they suggested the dollars we gave them ( from the UK ) were fake. Hence asking for additional funds . This resulted in us missing the ballon ride experience. The dollar’s we paid with were not fake ( but had been replaced with fake dollars produced in Kenya) hence I would not trust booking with this company . This was a scam !

But unfortunately the bills that were given to us were indeed fake bills after verification. It is unethical for us to replace customer's paid money with fake currency, that's not something that we will do. We understand the frustration from your end, but it also may have been a mash-up when you originally exchanged the US dollars in your home country.
Again, we apologize for the problems caused, and will improvise our payment processes to avoid such issues in future.

Very reliable, professional handling, very fast answers, very friendly
All in all, we had wonderful, unforgettable holidays. Although it was sometimes a little difficult to understand our guide, he was always friendly, motivated and tried to do his best to make us happy.
Next time, we would definetely pick a jeep, since the roads outside and inside the Parks are bumpier than we thought they were and we would have reached the destinations much faster with a jeep. And maybe, I would not pick the Keekorok Lodge any more. It has a lovely garden and an amazing view into the wilderness. But our cottage was pretty old and the dining situation definitely not as nice as in the other lodges.
But anyhow, we had a fantastic time and decided that we will definitely return to Kenia.

The Keekorok Lodge is one of the first lodges in the Masai Mara National Reserve that has stood out to meet today's rapidly changing hospitality trends to improve on their client experience. Sorry for being allocated a very old cottage and will communicate this to the lodge and also about their dining situation so that they may improve and offer value for money.

Absolutely Amazing
Everything was absolutely brilliant experience using Arkman. They arranged our transport to the camp, our guide was informative and we saw all the animals that we wanted. We then booked another trip with them for later on in our holiday. Can't fault them. I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed by their prompt communication. They went the extra mile of giving me quotations of different hotels in South coast so that I can compare the cost. They were also prompt in replying to their emails. I was dealing with Jacinta, who is very pleasant and did a fantastic job. Good Host, Phenomenal Tour
Our tour operator was very good with communication. The rooms were clean and service was up to standards. Our driver John was also very professional, punctual with time and has a great knowledge base for the different animals in the Mara. Overall, great journey for a good price!
