Arkman Africa is company that has given us good service, cheaper and better package with good caring
We had been to Maasai Mara with Arkman Africa, where by we were picked always on time, had been booked in good hotels, they fulfilled whatever was agreed mutually and we have nothing to complain.
Intact, we are thankful for their good services and reasonable prices.It was great pleasure booking Arkman Africa and enjoying our tour without any problems.

Very organized in the schedule, was able to experience the native culture of Kenya
The hotel was just what we expected, a very comfortable stay. A little discomfortable in the ride, but the lion was worth the ride .

The entire journey was pleasant, and it seemed that they listened to our requests. The stuff demonstrated their professionalism. They should try to keep the standard when I book them next time!

Payment was very unconvinient
Guide and operator who take us to the safari actually was very friendly and excellent.
But conductor who manage our trip from Arkman Africa was problematic person.
I wished to pay VISA card, but he did not understand what I wanted to do and we waste time a half day. In addition, the day of the trip, he did not come despite he said he also will come to make sure the attendants. And he did not communicate the guide who will attend actually in the trip. We loss one our or more to make sure who will attend.

After this incident, we have created our own Paypal account to receive future payments via VISA card. We have also provided training to our operators to ensure such miscommunication will not occur in the future.

Fantastic guide
The safari was amazing and the guide could not be faltered however we also booked a balloon ride with Arkman and they suggested the dollars we gave them ( from the UK ) were fake. Hence asking for additional funds . This resulted in us missing the ballon ride experience. The dollar’s we paid with were not fake ( but had been replaced with fake dollars produced in Kenya) hence I would not trust booking with this company . This was a scam !

But unfortunately the bills that were given to us were indeed fake bills after verification. It is unethical for us to replace customer's paid money with fake currency, that's not something that we will do. We understand the frustration from your end, but it also may have been a mash-up when you originally exchanged the US dollars in your home country.
Again, we apologize for the problems caused, and will improvise our payment processes to avoid such issues in future.
