Excellent service from the initial enquiry and throughout the safari.
I had originally asked for the Mara Serena lodge but it was unavailable for the dates required. Equivalent accommodation was very quickly proposed and arranged. The driver Moses was very knowledgable and was also able to network with other drivers during the safari to find the best viewing opportunities. We were able to view different prides of lion including one pride feasting on a kill and fending off jackels. We also saw the 5 brothers cheetah family and had an excellent leopard sighting. Moses covered vast areas of the Mara to maximise our viewing opportunities . Some other companies' drivers went off the tracks to gain viewing but Moses respected the rules of the park and our viewings were excellent due to his positioning of the vehicle and knowledge of how the animals moved. This was particularly noticeable when we stopped a short distance from a herd of elephants but another vehicle went too close and was warned off by the matriarch. The accommodations were both very nice, particularly the Ashnil camp on the Mara river with its resident banded mongoose and bushbuck. from the lodge we could view hippos, crocs and waterbuck at various times in the river and on the opposite banking. I would travel with Arkman in the future.

Payment was very unconvinient
Guide and operator who take us to the safari actually was very friendly and excellent.
But conductor who manage our trip from Arkman Africa was problematic person.
I wished to pay VISA card, but he did not understand what I wanted to do and we waste time a half day. In addition, the day of the trip, he did not come despite he said he also will come to make sure the attendants. And he did not communicate the guide who will attend actually in the trip. We loss one our or more to make sure who will attend.

AMAZING!!!
We had such an amazing experience with Arkman!we were a group of 17 people with kids and it was so nicely organized! From the pickup/ drop offs to the safari drivers and the hotels and services, we spent an amazing week in Masai mara and Lake Nakuru! I would definitely recommend the agency as they are so accomodating!

Great experience that enhanced my appreciation of Kenyan Beauty.
Overall, the service was very good. I was very satisfied with the hotel they booked for us, the food was very good and the rooms were nice and clean. The tour guide and the driver that they assigned to us were also very respectful and helped introduce to Kenya and its culture. Very good experience!

I asked for a tour in Safari Bookings and elevated the price more than a 100%. Don´t believe the pices you see

Superb problem solver & tour operator!
This was our first safari and Juanita of Arkman helped us through so many paperwork hurtles and roadblocks throughout the trip from beginning to end. She was amazing. This was important because without that help we might never had made it on time without her assistant. As to the safari Arkmans tour we saw a wide variety of Kenyan animals, places, landscapes with a solid guide and very nice hotels and tent cabins. Arkman actually helped us arrange a 7 day visit to the Indian Ocean at a beautiful and reasonably priced resort. Once again Juanita met us at the airport and arranged COVID tests and escort to the airport and home. Had a marvelous time and we will certainly arrange things with Juanita when we return next year

Amazing Experience!
Context: It was a magical experience visiting Kenya for the past week. We were able to see the wildebeest migration in the Mara, as well as 4 of the big 5: Lion, Buffalo, Elephant, and Leopard. The entire safari was smooth, and we had John, a experienced safari guide/driver who had been working in the industry for the past 20 years. Would really like to visit Kenya again, and I would really recommend booking with Arkman Safaris!

Fantastic guide
The safari was amazing and the guide could not be faltered however we also booked a balloon ride with Arkman and they suggested the dollars we gave them ( from the UK ) were fake. Hence asking for additional funds . This resulted in us missing the ballon ride experience. The dollar’s we paid with were not fake ( but had been replaced with fake dollars produced in Kenya) hence I would not trust booking with this company . This was a scam !

But as we discussed earlier, we hope you will understand our point of view. Although you claimed the U.S. Dollar bills you paid to us was traded in the United Kingdom, some of the bills you gave to us to pay for the balloon ride were indeed counterfeit.
We offered to return to you the original bills you gave us in full, which is the right thing for us to do. But you keep on insisting that we are liars and replaced your 'real' bills with 'fake' ones. As Arkman, we believe we did the right thing to resolve the situation. And if you continue to persist with your perspective, we cannot do anything but feel saddened by your distrust and baseless accusation on this public platform.
