Good planning, good service, friendly, efficient. Trip was great and very well organised
We've spent 1 week in Tanzania with 2 other families ( 12 people in total including children ) , Easy Travel ( Maryam ) organised our trip based on our requirements and our budget. Everything was perfect : accommodation provided was very good, drivers were excellent and friendly, service was perfect. We had a very warm welcome in Arusha and a debrief session at the end of our trip. I highly recommend this travel agency.

wonderful trip for Safari Tanzania
We have the group of 11 peoples, I am the organizer. When we search from the TripAdvisor website for Safari Tanzania, we found Easy Travel. Through the easy travel website, I talked to Jessica almost every day, she is such great lady, answered all my questions, and give me great suggestion. Due to the big group, wiring transfer the deposit was big issue. Only rely on the website information, the 10K deposit, that was a little scaring. But we got very quick response after the wire done. Start from there, everything went well. Our tour guides, Thomas and Alex, they are so knowledgeable, and experienced, answered all the questions we had. Due to the distant with the animals, we can not see them so clear, the tour guides always showed the pictures and explained their life habits. The hotels with our comfort plus plan, those are wonderful, rooms and food, all 5 stars. At the end of trip, Easy travel gave us a surprise party in their office building which is big building. All staffs joined the party and singing the sound for us, and the company CEO gave us a talk, such the warm feeling. And we got the big cake at end of party. Great experience with Easy Travel, a lot of memory for this trip. I don't need to recommend, you know what I mean.

Worth Every Penny
Everything was well thought out. We only had a short amount of time (5 days), but we were able to get a good sample of the Safari in Tanzania with the itinerary that was suggested to us. Communication was always prompt, polite, and informative from the company. Emails were always responded to within 24 hours, and always with as detailed information as possible.

The best honeymoon safari!
Me and my husband Giacomo decided to do a 6 days safari for our honeymoon which was followed by a self-organized trip to Zanzibar. We found Easy Travel thanks to the reviews in trip advisor/safari bookins and the best decision we made was to select them to organize our safari and 1 day trip to Kilimanjaro. Our point of contact Maryam was very professional, responsive and quick in preparing our programme and selecting wonderful lodges. She communicated to all accommodation places that we are on our honeymoon and in every location we were discovering nice surprises showing great customer care thanks to her. Our tour guide to Kilimanjaro Isaak was really knowledgeable about the flora and fauna in the region and answered all our questions which i can ensure you were plenty. He was also very humble, kind and honest. After the Kilimandjaro 1 day hike we did 6 days of safari in Tarangire National park, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu area (where we saw amazing amount of animals) and Central Serengeti. Our guide Endeni was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made sure that everything during the trip runs extremely smoothly and husstle free so we could enjoy every minute of it. He always managed to get us on time to see interesting scenes from the animal life and was extremely responsive to our demands. We arrived to Arusha without our luggage due to a ground handling strike in Belgium and Endeni was very helpful and called several times the airport and made sure that we will get our bags on time.
Easy travel's vehicles were the newest and the best we saw in the savanna. The company looks very well run and it is really an 'easy travel' with them.
Overall the safari, the guides and Easy Travel really exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon a memorable one.
Maryam, Isack, Endeni, me and Giacomo thank you so much for all your care and professionalism! Thanks to you we will keep forever these beautiful memories from our trip in Tanzania!!!

Wonderful
Easy Travel created an amazing trip for us at the last minute and was very accommodating to several changes we had to make. excellent organisation and guide
We wanted to go on a safari before we climbed Kilimanjaro. We looked at a a custom tour for us. They were price competitive and came up with some good suggestions.
The guide was excellent not only was he very knowledgeable on the game park but his knowledge of birds and flora was also exemplary.
