Martha & her colleagues in Kenya & Tanzania couldn’t have done enough for us. They communicated well with us & their staff & made this the best Safari adventure ever in both Countries.
The food prepared was excellent & especially the Chef in Tanzania. I could never imagine cooking like he did. The breath taking scenery & wildlife species we’ve seen was beyond belief ! I will always play the videos & view the hundreds of photos often that i’ve taken on this journey !
Kudos to Java Cafe in having the best Black Forest cake ever in Nairobi !
Love you guys ;)

Martha, Clinton, Patrick, the Tanzanian Driver & Cook were AmaZing ! Best tour operator ever !
5/5

I have never been on an African safari so this adventure was incredible ! The adventure began with Clinton who picked my friend & I up at Nairobi airport & ended with him returning to Nairobi.
The accomodations were great despite one day of roughing it in a tent in Tanzania. Lol ! Getting across the border Kenya & Tanzania was challenging yet interesting ! One lives & learns !
Patrick the van driver in Kenya was very patient, funny & understanding ! He rocked.
The cook prepared very delicious cuisine throughout Tanzania & the Kenyan food was da bomb !
We enjoyed the amaZing free massages throughout our 2 country adventure !
I was so afraid of being scammed by planning our last minute land trip via WhatsApp with Martha but she walked us through it & enjoyed her wonderful planning.
You must visit Java House which is nearby Martha’s office jn Nairobi ! We love the coffee & Black Forest cake !
Rest assured you will get the best service & customized Itineraries by booking with Martha at https://www.goeastafricasafaris.com

I'm satisfied with Go East Safari Martha's service
5/5

I booked a 9-days Kenya & Tanzania safari with Martha at Go East Africa Safari /Big Time Safari. It's all went very well, especially I want to thank all the people working there: Martha, Steve, David ... They provided the best services from the first minute I landed Nairobi until the last minute I left the country. This is a totally trustable company for sure.

Excellent service and tour
5/5

In this covid time (no crowds), it was an excellent opportunity to visit Massai Mara National Reserve with Go East Safari.
Tour well organized, competent and excellent staff. A special thanks to Martha for the patience in the exchange of dates in this complicated time. Not easy but it was possible to do it :)

Far beyond my expectations! A wonderful holiday!
5/5

I opted for the mid range 3 night/ 4 day tour in the Masaai Mara and Lake Nakuru. I arrived very late at night due to delayed flight but the driver was there waiting for me to transfer to my hotel in Nairobi. Even saw a zebra on the side of the road near the airport! I was picked up again in the morning and taken to the office to complete my payment then in to the van. We had the luxury of travelling during the pandemic so were only 2 of us in the van but I don’t imagine it would have been any less comfortable if it were full. The van has obviously wear and tear due to being used for game drives but that’s all part of the adventure! Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Stopped to see some baboons then stopped again for lunch before heading to the Mara for an evening game drive where we saw a heap of wildlife in only a few hours. I stayed in the mid range lodges which were 4 star+ equivalent. Delicious buffet food for dinner and breakfast, swimming pool, very spacious, up market presentation and comfortable rooms. Then we did the full day game drive, this time with another 2 people joining us, so still acres of room to move in the van. But with the pop up roof even if it was full you would still feel plenty comfortable and be able to see everything. The weather was stunning and we saw more animals than I could ever have hoped for, with the only things of note we didn’t see were Rhino and Leopard. Then we headed the next day to the lake and early to the next lodge which was literally in the National park with views down to the lake and zebra drinking from the pond just in front of the restaurant. Again pool and beautiful rooms, this time with a menu to chose for table service. We then saw one of the missing critters, the rhino. We also went to another lake for about $10-20 for a short boat ride which was a nice addition, lots of birds and a few more animals, then I headed back to Nairobi in another van and the rest of our small group carried on to another park. I had a day on my own in Nairobi and then the driver collected me at about 2am to head to the airport. Considering all meals, all park fees, all lodge costs (minus alcohol), all driving and the airport transfers were covered by the price of the tour, it was an absolute bargain really. I was slightly apprehensive when I found out the van was 2wd but my word, our driver and guide (who can spot a sleeping lion in the corner of his eye from about 5 miles away!), he could take that van absolutely anywhere a 4WD could get. It was incredible. Literally the best holiday I’ve ever had and I’m looking forward to coming back next time with friends and family!

A wonderful authentic safari trip across Kenya
5/5

My trip began with care and attention to detail provided by Martha the company tour Rep who contacted me within minutes (using WhatsApp) of my online enquiry. She organised an airport pick up the night before my trip which delivered me safely and quickly to my hotel.
The following morning promptly at 8.30 I was collected from my Nairobi hotel and delivered to the office where I met my driver Edward. As I had omitted to bring sunblock with me, Martha brought me to a local pharmacy to get me sorted - that's good customer service in my book.
I had booked a 7 day safari taking in the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli. For the first part of safari there was just myself and one other traveler which was great as it meant lots of room for both of us.
Edward was an excellent driver, friendly and engaging, and very a knowledgeable tour guide. Although you often go off the beaten track and the roads within the parks are bumpy and badly surfaced, I always felt safe. He had a keen eye and found and brought us close to all we wanted to see. The lodges throughout the trip were luxurious and all you could ask for and were spotlessly clean. The food was good.
At the start of the 2nd day there was an option, at extra cost, of a dawn balloon ride over the Masai
Mara. The 4.30am wake up call had us at the balloon before sunrise and we were in the air at first light. This incredible experience ended with an champagne breakfast on the Masai Mara - a truly memorable experience. For the rest of the day we toured the park seeing numerous lions at close quarters, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, zebra, giraffes, gazelles and birds. The photo opportunities were spectacular.
Day 3 started with a visit to a Masai village which was incredibly interesting and engaging with more sightseeing in the park before heading to Nakuru National Park and our lodge for the night.
Day 4 started with a tour of Nakuru park where we got close to Rhino before heading to the spectacular lake teeming with flamingo, pelicans and geese. Another truly spectacular photo opportunity. Later in the day we started off to Lake Naivasha. The day ended with an optional guided boat trip across the lake where we witnessed numerous breeds of birds including eagles. At the lake there was an opportunity to walk close to the animals as no predators are present at this location.
Day 5 started with a visit to Hells Gate Park then onwards for the long drive to Amboseli National Park.
Day 6 and 7 consisted of touring Amboseli National Park and witnessing the daily trek of herds to elephants to the marshy areas then back in the evening to the dry areas. Amboseli is a natural wonder - very arid in parts yet marshy in others. It is well worth visiting. Day 7 finished at my hotel in Nairobi but Martha did also facilitate me with an airport transfer the following night.
This trip was a truly great experience. It was well organised and delivered with care and attention to detail. The price of Euro 1610 was well worth it considering the level of luxury of the lodges. It can be done cheaper with less luxurious accommodation and having seen this accommodation, it is pretty good. I would also recommend the optional boat trip on Lake Naivasha, the visit to the Masai village which was an authentic experience and also, in particular, the dawn balloon trip
