Über jeden Zweifel erhaben und mit Innocent dem besten Guide (sicherer umsichtiger Fahrer mit immer guter Laune und einem speziellen Gefühl für unsere Bedürfnisse) in Tanzania hatten wir ein Erlebnis das selbst uns als Vielreisende im positiven aus den Socken gehauen hat. James der Geschäftsführer spricht darüberhinaus noch perfekt deutsch, so dass eine Abstimmung immer problemlos möglich war. Wir empfehlen jedem mit diesem Unternehmen zu buchen.
It's a pity that there are no 6 stars. We would give them. Best booking in our life!!! Individual, friendly, reliable, professional and more than cordial. Beyond any doubt and with Innocent the best guide (safe careful driver with always good mood and a special feeling for our needs) in Tanzania we had an experience that even us as frequent travelers positively knocked our socks off. James the managing director speaks perfect German, so that a coordination was always possible without any problems. We recommend everyone to book with this company.

They exceeded our expectations by far, and organised an experience of a lifetime!
I am so happy that we chose to make our safari with Enchanting Tanzania Safaris! We couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the first contact with Edna, just before the COVID breakout in March 2020, everything was dealt with absolute professionalism, and she was always quick and available to answer questions and giving suggestions. I was traveling alone with my 4 year old son, and he loved it as well! Freddie was our driver, and he was excellent, had incredible knowledge about the animals and the areas where we went, and was always making sure that we had a great time. The places where we stayed were lovely with amazing food, everything was top notch! We will for sure get back some day, and from the experience they gave us, I wouldn’t consider another company for the next time. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would :) Highly recommended!

Amazing
It was a fabulous experience with Enchanting Tanzania Safaris!I traveled with my family-my husband and my son with his wife and his two wonderful daughters-4 and 2 years old!We decided to visit amazing Tanzania during Covid times and we could not make a better decision!
I decided for Enchanting Tanzania Safaris and it was a perfect decision!Their service,care of customers(especially for kids!) and willingness to give us the best safari was excellent!
Our lovely guide-Fredy was perfect!The accomodations was beyound our expectations We saw a lot of animals,includig Big5!
It was absolutely the trip of a lifetime and we would not hesitate to book with then again in the furure,if we return!

An amazing first safari
I went on a five day safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorogoro Crater, and the Serengeti with Enchanting Safaris in January 2020, and the experience was a great one from start to finish.
Edna is the company manager, and communicated clearly and promptly via email and WhatsApp both before I reached Tanzania and after I arrived. She coordinated hotel stays for me at the beginning and end of the safari, answered all questions I had throughout the process of choosing which length/locations would be best, and provided great support throughout. My guide, Fredy, tailored his observations to fit what I wanted most to see; of course, we saw all the big stuff, like lions, leopards, tons of elephants, and rhinos, but he put in effort to point out the brightly colored birds by name and to find a dik-dik on our last day in the Serengeti. He managed to bring already breathtaking surroundings to even greater life with his wealth of knowledge about everything in sight, and always positioned our vehicle to get the best views of the wildlife.
Accommodations were good, with the hotel being plenty upscale and camping in the Serengeti appropriately removed from amenities and close to nature.
I highly recommend Enchanting Tanzania Safaris, and consider myself fortunate to have chosen them to run my trip.

Outstanding Company, Amazing Safari
My brother's family and I contacted many companies and got many quotes before choosing Enchanting Tanzania Safaris.
We were traveling with two teenage girls aged 12 and 14, one of them gluten intolerant, and were planning to split ways in the middle of our trip: While my brother and his family would spend some days in Zanzibar after our 5 day safari, I -a 55 year old woman with zero experience in adventure tours- would stay on and go on another safari on my own before joining them at the end of our trip.
We needed a tailor made safari asap, and Edna, the company manager, proved to be cut out for the task. Communications with her were fluid and frequent from the very start, providing practical and resourceful solutions to our queries and specific needs. I cannot stress enough how kind, patient and customer-oriented this fantastic woman is. She designed the perfect safaris for my family and I every step of the way.
When my brother and family left for Zanzibar, my solo safari was as amazing as the first one. I felt safe and comfortable, and really enjoyed the experience!
James, our guide, was genial. Truly knowledgeable about flora, fauna and animal behaviour, he left no questions unanswered, and supplied much more information and fun facts about wildlife in the area. A skilled amimal tracker, he took us closer to wildlife than we could possibly imagine, maximizing our experience. He also turned out to be a very experienced driver, calmly negotiating roads and paths which were not easy to manage most of the times.
Our Land Rover was in perfect condition and very comfortable, well stocked with an unlimited supply of cool water and soft drinks, which not all tour operators offered.
I highly recommend Enchanting Tanzania to make your dream safari come true. It is a trustworthy and well organized company that will surpass your every expectation!!

Lovely people
You can tell that Edna likes to take care of her clients by the very first moment she contacted us; quick responses full of details, flexibility in accomodating our schedule, absolute kindness.
We were met by Edna and James on the very first morning of the safari (James is Edna's associate and he actually drove us around) and, over the course of 5 days, we touched Northern Tanzania's main spots: Tarangire, Manyara lake, Ngorngoro, Serengeti. James is flawless, he knows everything about Safaris and he's really doing his best to take care of passengers. We've managed to spot so much wildlife, including a few lions that were just a few feet away from us.
5 days went by really quickly and, while leaving James and Edna behind, we somehow felt that we were saying goodbye to some good old friends. We strongly recommend Enchanting Tanzania Safaris if you want to fully experience the best this country has to offer.

Great Team and an Unforgettable Trip
Enchanting has been spectacular from the get-go. I have communicated with them extensively before the trip to customise the trip to our needs. Edna has been truly wonderful and accommodating to everything which was very reassuring.
Our guide, Freddie, was really great. He is very experienced and helpful. We learned so much and saw everything we have dreamt of seeing. The arrangement, the car, the food and everything was just superb.

wonderful roundtrip in Tanzania
For the second time we have undertaken a safari with enchanting and guide James Foya. After visiting the classics Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire-NP during our first stay, we went on a freely planned, individual Tanzania tour in January this year. The planning and implementation of enchanting was excellent. Selected destinations and hotels gave us a comprehensive insight into the nature and people of Tanzania. Our companions James and Steve brought us impressively close to Tanzania. Neither situation could upset our two guides. Both safe drivers, they mastered every difficult situation. The communication worked extremely well, since James is almost perfectly fluent in the German language. It is particularly commendable that James got my suitcase, which was lost during the flight, after 8 days. That would have been impossible for me alone. If our paths lead us to Tanzania again, we do not need to consider who we are going with. Thank you for 3 unforgettable weeks and 3300 km through Tanzania.
