Amazing Experience
I had an incredible experience trekking up Mount Kenya, thanks to Hyrax Safaris and their amazing team of guides. The guides, Sam, Patrick, and Simon were exceptional in every way, providing expert guidance and knowledge throughout the journey. Sam's organizational skills ensured our safety and comfort, while Patrick's delicious and nutritious meals kept our energy levels up. Simon's friendly demeanor and willingness to help with anything needed made him an invaluable member of the team and also carried an unbelievable amount of weight up the mountain.
Rose and Daniel from Hyrax Safaris were fantastic in their general logistics, making transportation to and from the mountain a breeze. They also provided great customer service throughout the booking process. I would highly recommend Hyrax Safaris and their team for anyone looking for an unforgettable trekking experience up Mount Kenya.

Our experience with hyrax safari was WONDERFUL! We could not have a better time. Everything was well organised and went over our expectations. Everything we had dreamed about :)
We had a magical trip to Masai Mara. I was traveling with my wife and youngest daughter (16)
Everybody from Hyrax did an amazing job and we felt very welcome from the time we did exit the airport.
We did arrange everything ourselves with very short notice, and we had a lot of questions but Emmah was extremely helpful

Great safari!
I went to a 3 day safari to Masai Mara. It was really good. We saw many animals.
The guide Jeff was very experienced.

Great day in Masai Mara
I had a very ambitious plan - to spend 24h in Masai Mara uppon arrival at the Nairobi airport. I have sent a bunch of emails to different companies and was given either hilarious price, or other ofers (Amboseli, NNakuru lake, Nairobi national park etc) or was told it was not possible to do it in a 24h. In fact, Hyrax (Rosalyne) also said it can not be done. But after we said we are in Kenya for work and we only have these 24h and we want to go to Masai Mara and not else - we created a custom package. And we had a GREAT service. Dan, the driver and our guide has a great knowledge on Masai Mara is very patient and has a great sense of humor. We loved the package they created for us, it included Masai village, game drive in a 4wheel jeep in Masai Mara national park, night over at a very nice camp and all the meals. We explored the park untill sunset , had a great evening at the camp and got up at dawn and continued our game drive. We drove all the way to Masai Triangle. And if I would go there again - I would do it again. Yes, I know, it sounds crazy to do it in just 24h when only to drive to there takes 5-6 hours, but we could not afford more (time and moneywise).
Do not overthink booking with them, just do it. And ask for Dan, he knows Masai Mara by heart. And he is very keen on showing you the highlights of safari.
Guides have radio connections and they share info among them on interesting things - like the lepard resting on the tree after eating antilope.
