Warm and helpful
Janien was extremely nice and helpful throughout the booking process, by providing different options, and always responding fast. Due to an airline flight change, we had to cancel a night we had already paid for, and we got our money back without any trouble or delay. We chose the more expensive of the three tours offered and it was worth every penny. Beautiful landscapes and wonderful to get so close to so many animals in the wild. The lodge was luxurious, the food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. One of the very best experiences we have ever enjoyed.
