The most beautiful and strangest experience
It was a very nice experience where I met the company through a (musafir ) in Qatar and the company was very cooperative and i did not encounter any problem with them. The selected hotels were according to my request and the driver was helpful, calm .
I love the cooperation of the company with me, where I was communicat with them on a daily ( whatsapp) thay don’t take long time to answer.
My experience with the hotels is very nice but the safari trip is not worth more than 4 days .
The food in each selected hotel was very excellent .

Our agent for Marhaba Holidays was Felix, whom I contacted by email regarding options for safari booking in Kenya. He was very patient and prompt to reply to all of my messages, usually within a couple of minutes. Rates quoted were better than those found on online booking sites. The two tented camps we booked were outstanding in terms of service and value for money. Our driver/guide was with us for the duration of the trip for all transfers and game drives. He was experienced, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
A couple of suggestions for anyone booking any safaris: don’t make assumptions regarding amenities based on those you have experienced in other countries. If you require an air-conditioned vehicle or room, specify. If you require 24 hours of power supply, (many of the luxury tented camps run on generators which operate only for conventional hours, eg after dark until 11:00 pm), coffee and WiFi in your room, specify. None of these things were obstacles for us, but may be for some people.
One of suggestion to facilitate booking with Marhaba Holidays would be to add credit card payments as an option since wire transfers can be quite expensive.
Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend Marhaba Holidays.

Perfect, very organized and professional.

Excellent and Proffessional service was provided.
On request they responded effectively and efficiently. Their Tourist guide/ driver gave our Canadian Guests a very warm welcome, after a long flight and arriving late the evening. Very accommodating
These guys are very helpful. My holiday was of to a bad start but they helped me to make it to our lodge in order to have a great safari. The communication was prompt and clear.
The tour/safari, even though a bit early in the season, was superb with a guide who was both friendly and knowledgeable.

Masai Mara 2 days trip with a great guide
The communication between the agency and me was quite difficult and I didn't get much information before the tour took place, for example how to pay, accommodation, what to take, etc. despite asking about this. I booked last minute but these are essential information that should be easily provided. For example I was only told upon arrival that I'm sharing a tent with another person who was snoring all night and our zipper to the bathroom didn't work so we couldn't use it. But all in all I think it was definitely good value for the price and our guide Joshua was a very good and knowledgeable guide so I'd recommend him!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of clarity in our communication leading up to your Safari.
THE CAUSE:
As you confirmed at the last minute (less than 24hrs to the trip) being a joining a safari we did our best to accommodate and confirm this request. Considering that it was prior to your travel date we instructed our driver to collect the payment that would facilitate the trip.
WAY FORWARD:
As most of our previous clients have noted our turn around time has always been to the point. We have however noted your concern to improve accordingly.
