Reliable, trustworthy, and accommodating
Felix and Johnson provided transportation for us during a business trip. They had a lot of moving parts and moving people to deal with and were accommodating, as flexible as they could be, respectful, and kind. I felt safe in their hands, and they provided drinks and candy while we were on the road. They communicated with us promptly via WhatsApp anytime we had a question or needed them. Felix was great about making sure we were not taken advantage of by those looking to exploit tourists. Since I did not arrange this transportation, I did not realize they provided safaris, too; otherwise, I would've also used them for my safari instead of the company I used. Their vehicles were clean, new, and comfortable.

Very good value for money, a very good knowledge of the country. At our service from the beginning to the end.
I don't have much to complain about. Just for the hotel for the safari the meal was not famous.

Amazing experience
Amazing day, Hell’s gate was amazing with incredible landscapes and animals. Then the cruise on Lake Naivasha was the best way to end the day.

Easy to Work With, Honest and Thoughful
This was my 4th safari and my 3rd safari to the Mara It was by far the one with the least complications. All communication was clear and responses to questions was quick. The accommodations were beautiful. The tour guides were knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful experience. I cannot recommend Marhaba Holidays enough! I will definitely call them again for my next trip. Wonderful people!

My beau and i would like to thank you once again for the memorable safari experience a thank you is not really enough for the wonderful time we spend with you guys and for the warm hospitality. You exceeded our expectations. Felix & his family are really nice and honest the bond we shared was truly an amazing one. If you want to book an organized hassle free and safe trip i highly recommend Marhaba Holidays ,the choices of lodge /resorts were the best !btw they also give qatar airways discounts ;) check out their page . Thoughtful itinerary and prompt responses
We inquired with Marhaba Holidays for arranging a private safari for the two of us.
Felix from Marhaba Holidays was prompt in acknowledging our request for a quote.
He discussed with us to understand our requirements and preferences. He provided a quote, and then followed up on it, understood our budget we had planned for the trip, and reworked the itinerary to suit our requirements within our budget.
Unfortunately, we decided on an alternate option. But, I would like to appreciate Felix and Marhaba Holidays for their efforts in providing us with a good experience during our inquiry process and the flexibility they showed in providing us revised itineraries and quotes.

An excellent holiday.
We had an amazing holiday visiting the Masai Mara, it lived unto our expectations and more. Apart from a small problem with Kenya Park fee payment, which was beyond the control of Maharaba Holidays all other arrangements were as expected and timely. The Mara Engai lodgewhere we were booked in Masai Mara and service they provided were exceptional. Tamarind Tree Hotel and local flights were very good as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Maharaba Holidays.

Great trip, well organised
Great day trip to Amboseli National Park. The trip was well organized before and all necessary information were sent before. The tour guide already waited for me in the hotel lobby and the safari itself was just incredible! I can highly recommend it!
