We had a positive attitude throughout the trip, so we had a great overall experience.
I initially wanted to write this back in Korea, but I’m writing it now while relaxing!
After comparing several agencies, this company seemed well-organized and reliable. They were flexible with adjusting our itinerary, and the price was slightly more reasonable than others. Most of all, I really appreciated how quickly they replied to my emails!
Our guide, Joseph—he was very friendly, though honestly, there were a few moments when he looked a bit uncomfortable or sighed haha. But to be fair, that was on us because our English isn't great, so communication wasn't easy! It must have been pretty frustrating for him at times, and we had a few small issues along the way, but we overcame everything with the "Hakuna Matata" spirit! After all, it's the challenging parts that make a trip memorable, right?
Overall, Joseph was awesome! Whenever he spotted animals, his insane driving skills got us to the absolute best viewing spots. He’s a great driver with the kind of speed that any fast-paced Korean would fully approve of! Thanks to him, we managed to see all of the Big Five and even caught some super rare moments. It was truly amazing! And on a side note, he’s super cute haha. Even though we were pretty quiet, he kept checking on us, making sure we were having fun, and taking good care of us. Whenever we asked about the animals, he explained everything like a total expert.
As for the accommodations:
Fig Tree Lodge: To be honest, I didn't really like this one. I'd recommend spending a bit more to stay somewhere else. Although it wasn't coming from the lodge itself, people in the nearby village played weird, loud music all night long, so we couldn't sleep well at all... Tukaone Serengeti Camps: I absolutely loved this place! Instead of spending thousands of dollars at a luxury lodge, staying here creates much better memories. Relaxing and sleeping surrounded by nature and the sounds of birds and wildlife was unforgettable. The staff were super friendly too!
Finally, I initially thought this would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, but Joseph and Serengeti National Park made me want to come back during the rainy season.
Feat. Joseph—I'll definitely bring my future daughter here one day, so please be our guide again then! I promise I'll study English before coming back... Also, please take great care of future Korean guests as well!

Amazing Safari Experience
I cannot say enough about our Professional Safari experience! Deo and Madison went above and beyond for us making sure we seen everything on our bucket list, taking great care and using they’re vast knowledge of the parks to help make our dreams come true. Spectacular! A gift from nature
An unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania 🐘🦏🐆
We went with Amosh and Deo to explore Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara, and the whole experience was absolutely incredible. We were lucky enough to see so many different animals, including some truly unforgettable moments like spotting cheetahs and a black rhino. 🐆🦏
But the most amazing moment came when nature gave us a real gift: five elephants passed just one metre above our heads. It was an incredible experience and a memory we will never forget. 🐘❤️
A huge thank you to Amosh and Deo for making this safari such a special experience. Their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness made the trip even better.
And of course, a special thank you to my rafikis for teaching me a little Swahili along the way 😂🇹🇿. I definitely learned a few new words!

Perfect Safari
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience in Tanzania! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations.
The landscapes and wildlife were simply breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to see so many animals in their natural habitat. Our guide was fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to explain everything about the animals, nature, and local culture. He really made the whole experience even more special.

Outstanding safari experience with Deo and Sia at Serengeti NP!!
We booked the 2 day luxury safari from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park and we were blown away from start to finish. The main thing that made the trip so special were our two amazing guides, Deo and Sia who were so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and really attentive to any requests we had. They are an asset to the company and we feel very lucky to have been able to share the experience with them. From the beginning of our trip everything was seamless. The transfers, flights, meeting our guides and checking into accommodation was very well organised and the communication leading up to the trip was great and very reassuring. During our game drive we were comfortable in the vehicle, were provided with great refreshments and a delicious lunch that we enjoyed whilst watching a large family of elephants pass by. We also booked the add on of the hot air balloon trip, all of which Professional Safaris organised for us, again seamlessly. The addition of this to the trip was amazing and a very surreal experience. Deo was fantastic and liaised with the balloon company and our overnight accommodation regarding logistics so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We stayed at Signature Serengeti luxury camp and this, like the whole trip, was excellent. A stunning place with very friendly and helpful staff. They also have a large swimming pool which was a bonus and provided the perfect location for us to watch the sunset over the Serengeti surrounded by Zebras! Overall, professional safaris were absolutely outstanding and made our dream trip better than we could have expected. I would 10000% recommend the company to anyone looking to book a safari. Thank you so much!

What an incredible and unforgettable experience! I honestly couldn’t recommend this trip more.
From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Even my silly last minute packing questions were answered quickly via WhatsApp!
The safari itself exceeded all of my expectations. Our guides, Mike and Sia, were absolutely fantastic - they managed to help us spot the Big Five and so many other amazing animals. By the end of the trip, they felt more like friends than guides.
Everything was perfectly organised and ran on time. The jeep was fully equipped with binoculars, bottled water, tissues, and wet wipes, and the food provided throughout the trip, both during the journey and at camp, was delicious.
The camp itself was beautiful, and every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, and welcoming.
If you’re thinking about booking this safari, don’t hesitate - just do it!! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

Great tour operator!
We had the most amazing time in the Serengeti NP thanks to professional safari! Octavian helped us with a personalised private safari with an overnight stay in the national park which was absolutely incredible! A HUGE thank you to Mick our guide, he was brilliant! A genuinely lovely man who we got to know well over the 2 days we were with him, he knew exactly where to go to see the most beautiful animals and he made our trip unforgettable. We had a fantastic 3-day private safari with Professional Safari and would happily give them 5 stars.
Everything was very well organised from start to finish, with excellent communication and flexibility whenever we had questions or requests. We visited Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and were lucky enough to see all the animals we hoped for, including two cheetahs, rhinos up close, and more lions than we could count.
A special thank you to our guide, driver and host, Deo. He was incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to answer our questions about the wildlife, parks and local area. His expertise made the experience even more enjoyable.
The accommodations were very good overall, the dinners were excellent, and the entire trip ran smoothly without any issues. We would definitely recommend Professional Safari to anyone visiting Tanzania.

Excellent experience connecting with a tour provider
I used Safari Bookings to get quotes from 3 safari providers. I received responses from 3 and by far the most timely and complete responses came from Professional Safari's. I selected them and they were very easy to work with through the entire process. The safari was excellent although noted that while we were suposed to have refreshments in a refrigerator on board, we did not. We didn't mind buying them for ourselves but had to do that at stops. We got to see everything but a leopard and our safari guide Jon, while a little on the quiet side was excellent when it came to explaining local details, and details about the animals. He knew the parks like the back of his hand, and seemed to know many of the other guides which was helpful when they found something before we did. We went with mid range accomodations and were happy all the way around with them. Very affordable as well compared to others we saw.
