The greatest days in my life !!
5/5

I think that I met the nicest people in Tanzania in this company.
The team was so kind and they just do the best they can for us to feel comfortable and safe.
Everything was right as we told it will be.
The timetable was like they say at the beginning, The food was the best we had in all East Africa , and the conversation we where able to make with the guide and the guy's in the office make this experience more interesting.

Took incredible care of me and got me a great deal, will absolutely book through them again!
5/5

I have never been better taken care of in my life. From the moment I stepped off the plane Wakanda tours made sure I had everything I needed, stayed in close contact, and triple checked to mskensuee every element of my trip went smoothly. On top of this I paid less than others on the same tour as me. I am incredibly grateful to both Carlson and Bartho for ensuring that my trip was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care ensures that I will be going back to them when I am back and I wholehaeartdedly reccomend wakanda tours!!!!

Serious company
4/5

It’s a serious company. Almost everything worked as planned. The owner, Bartho, replies very quickly, showing they are trustful. The guide, Mike, was very nice. He even managed very well when one of the clients asked for something the guy that booked the tour for her had promised. The cooker was fantastic also. I wasn't expecting much of the food on the road, but had some delicious dinners, better than others i had in restaurants. That said, remember that a budget safari does not have any luxury, even the most common ones. The lodge we stay in is very basic, with no AC. The structure on camping sites are very disappointing. One of the campings does not have hot water in the shower. The other one has just 2 or 3 showers and then there is a long line to use them. And the toilet is indian style.
A small thing they could improve is that they have beer and wine on the road, but the beer is hot, so it is hard to drink. And during the dinner in the lodge, the beer is not included as advertised, we had to pay for it. But i definitely recommend this company!

The review below is the personal opinion of hyeonsu gim and not that of SafariBookings.
There is something kind but something to be desired
3/5

I searched several companies for a four-day safari. I communicated with some of them, and chose Sereneti Wakanda because it had the fastest feedback and the best reviews. The young president tried to help us in every aspect, including hotel reservations other than safari. As everyone knows, safari tours are expensive. The payment is based on a contract with the company to establish a trust relationship. But we had a different tour from the contract from the first day. I had to go to Tarrengirre on the first day of the contract, but they took me manyara lake saying that the lake was better. In fact, I was a little embarrassed because I chose to exclude some of the companies that didn't go to Tarengirle. They said there were more animals in Lake Manyara, but even if it was true, I wanted to go to Tarengyre, so I was sorry about that. The guide(Simba) was not very kind to us who could not speak English. The problem occurred on the third day. Apparently, the contract said that on the third morning we were going to a game drive to watch the sunrise. But our group was divided into two lodgings, so the guide came to pick us up only after the sun had already risen. On the way, I asked why I didn't go to see the sunrise, but the guide said, "Sunrise? The sun is already out.' I was Angry, I emailed boss to complain about this. the guide who spoke to the boss didn't apologize to me but rather got angry. " Instead of telling him, I told the president right away," he said. He also said that it would have been difficult to see the sunrise anyway because of the bad weather today. Even if it was true, it had to be carried out in accordance with the contract. Satisfaction is a matter for me to judge. Personally, I expected the sunrise the most during the safari tour. And if he couldn't drive a sunrise game, he had to explain to me in advance that he didn't do it for some reason before I complain. Before I left the tour, I was told from boss that our group's accommodations were divided into two. When I heard the story, I was worried that the guide could waste a lot of time picking us up from two places. So I asked how far the two accommodations are from each other. The president said they were close. However, the guide said, "It was hard for me to come and go because it was an hour away from two lodgings." What the hell is true? Of course, we watched all of the Big Five. However, it was quite regrettable that I did not go to sunrise or Tarengirre, which I expected. And I am not quite satisfied that I did not follow the contract and did not seek any concessions from me in advance. But our chef Suleimani was quite friendly and kind. The nature of Serengeti was so wonderful and beautiful, but some of them left something to be desired.

Hello Hyeonsu,

Thank you for taking the time to post your review on your recent experience with Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris. Whilst i am most pleased that you enjoyed your overall experience , i am saddened that there were some areas of concern for you, especially with the unkindness atmosphere that you felt from our guide and missing the sunrise on day 3. Please accept our deepest apologies for letting you down and rest assured, disciplinary proceedings have been taken to the responsible guide which includes writting an apology letter to you.

However, i would also like to clarify on the change of itinerary from Tarangire to Lake Manyara on day 1. One of the core values of our company is customer satisfaction, that is why i had to brief you on the changes the day before your safari, as the majority of the animals had been migrating from Tarangire to Lake Manyara during the wet season. Moreover, on day 2, we added a game drive to Ndutu so as you could witness the migration (we had to pay for Ndutu park fees on our expense and we never asked for extra payments from you or the rest of the group). This was all done with the good intention of giving you a phenomenal experience with maximum satisfaction.

With all that being said, please accept our 20% discount price for any future bookings from you or any person that will be recommended by you.

Thank you and goodluck!
With kind regards,
Bartho
