Perfect Trip!!
We had a wonderful classic safari and were completely satisfied! We spent two nights in tented lodges (hotel-like accommodation) and the remaining eight nights camping in a tent. The campsites were very beautiful, and each location had its own special charm. What we especially loved was hearing lions roaring at night and seeing zebras right in front of our tent in the morning.
A big thank you goes to our cook Yussuf. The food was always incredibly delicious, especially the baked treats! Even though he didn’t know in advance that there would be a vegetarian in the group, he prepared an additional tasty vegetarian dish for us every day. That was truly amazing.
The entire trip was very well organized, and communication worked perfectly. Even for last-minute questions, we always received quick responses via WhatsApp.
Our guide Isa was extremely attentive and always responded to all our wishes. He has extensive knowledge and was able to explain many interesting things about the animals and nature – all in clear and understandable English.
We were also very impressed by how he handled an unexpected breakdown: when our jeep broke down, we were quickly transferred to another vehicle while Isa took care of the repair. This allowed the safari to continue without any major interruption.
Isa also showed great respect for wildlife and always behaved responsibly toward the animals. We were actually able to see all the animals we had hoped for on our safari – including many beautiful and unforgettable encounters.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this amazing safari and the many unforgettable memories! We would book this safari again anytime and can highly recommend the team. 🌍🦁🐘

Incredible
This safari was truly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives!
Aysha was fantastic from the very beginning, helping us plan the perfect itinerary and making excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences and needs. Everything was incredibly well organised, from the comfortable jeeps to the amazing hotels and camps she recommended throughout the trip.
Our guide, Julius, made the experience even more unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic, and his passion for the wildlife really made a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

PERFECT SAFARI WITH SERENGETI WAKANDA TOURS
We are a married couple traveling with our 17-year-old son; we wanted a private safari conducted in Spanish and had a fairly clear idea of which parks we wanted to visit. From the moment we contacted Serengeti Wakanda Tours, the communication was warm and seamless; they did their utmost to accommodate our wishes, and the booking process was incredibly easy. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and coordinate every detail so we wouldn't have a single worry. Their professionalism and friendliness—right from the office staff—gave us complete peace of mind.
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport: we were picked up in a fully equipped, very comfortable van, and the driver was attentive at all times.
What truly made the difference, however, was having Gerald as our driver and guide. Gerald is an incredible professional with over 10 years of experience and a wonderful person. He speaks perfect Spanish, knows every corner of the parks, and has an amazing knack for spotting wildlife and finding the best viewing points before anyone else. In fact, we really wanted to see the wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River, and we actually got to see it twice; thanks to his patience and expertise, we ended up with front-row seats—all due to his quick reactions. It was impressive. He gave us great explanations about the wildlife and Tanzanian culture, always with a great sense of humor and boundless energy. He also showed immense patience in helping us with our photos; he is quite possibly one of the best guides we have ever had, and he made this trip even more memorable.
We were also very impressed by the attention paid to the transport. The 4x4 vehicle was spotless (Gerald cleaned it every day) and equipped with absolutely everything we could need on a daily basis: a cooler always stocked with cold drinks, blankets, and even Wi-Fi. Nothing was missing. Special mention must also be made of the meals; since we were always out on a safari during lunchtime, we enjoyed a wide variety of excellent food every day. They carried a large wicker basket prepared each morning by our accommodation, and we ate proper meals with real plates and cutlery—dishes like rice, chicken, beef, and vegetables. We really appreciated this—having variety and a decent meal—especially when we saw that most other tours were eating the same thing every day out of a standard picnic box.
Staying right in the middle of the savanna was an incredible experience; while some accommodations were better than others, they were all excellent. Without a doubt, the best hotel on our entire route was Hotel Lala Salama during our time in the Serengeti; we had heard it was owned by Wakanda and had just opened this year. You can really tell when a place is run with care and hands-on dedication—the owner is very present, constantly checking on the quality of service. The staff treated us like family. Sleeping to the sounds of nature in spacious cabins fully equipped with every possible amenity—super comfortable beds, a huge bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, a freestanding bathtub with a prime view—was amazing. Every meal we had there was excellent—home-style cooking paired with top-notch service. Everything was sensational; the only downside was that our stay felt too short. We would have loved to spend more time there, but our itinerary was set, and the next day held another adventure on the way to a different park.
This isn't the kind of trip one takes every year, but if we ever go on safari in Tanzania again, you can be sure we’ll do it with Serengeti Wakanda Tours.
An absolutely exceptional safari from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Choosing Serengeti Wakanda Tour was one of the best decisions we made for our honeymoon. From the very first conversation to our final goodbye, everything was exceptionally well organised, thoughtful and personal. We could not recommend them more highly.
It all started with the presales team. Ymke and Aishwarya were fantastic throughout the planning process. They listened to what we wanted, gave us excellent suggestions and helped us shape an itinerary that was much better than what we would have planned ourselves. Their recommendation to fly directly into Kogatende in Northern Serengeti, rather than spending hours driving there, was brilliant, as was their advice on how many days to spend in each area. We always felt that they were genuinely trying to create the best possible experience for us, rather than simply selling us a package.
Our experience continued with Fabby, who picked us up from Kilimanjaro Airport and took us to our hotel in Arusha, and Cuthbert, who later took us to Arusha Airport for our flight to Kogatende. Both were incredibly friendly, talkative and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. It immediately gave us confidence that we were in very good hands.
And then we met Felix, our safari guide — and honestly, how lucky were we!
Felix was absolutely outstanding. From the beginning, he explained the Serengeti rules and everything we needed to know, and he patiently answered every question we had with incredible detail. He was funny, kind, attentive and always willing to help.
But what really made Felix exceptional was his knowledge of the Serengeti and his skills as a safari driver and guide. His ability to spot animals at an almost impossible distance was incredible — sometimes he could see things with his naked eye that we could barely find with binoculars! He seemed to understand the animals and anticipate what was about to happen. We witnessed not only the Big Five, but also some extraordinary wildlife interactions and action happening right in front of us. There were several moments when it genuinely felt like Felix somehow knew what was going to happen next.
For our stay in Central Serengeti, we were also lucky enough to experience the new Lala Salama Luxury Resort, which was outstanding. Everything was brand new, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. As honeymooners, we were welcomed with a special room setup, and the entire team was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. The views from the dining area and outdoor spaces are simply breathtaking — the kind of scenery that photographs really cannot do justice.
Our final day in Ngorongoro was equally unforgettable and was the perfect way to finish an incredible safari.
And as if all of this wasn’t enough, Serengeti Wakanda also surprised us with some lovely gifts — a T-shirt, a Maasai shuka and mugs. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture that we really appreciated.
Looking back, what stands out most is not just the incredible animals and landscapes, but the people. Every person we interacted with genuinely cared about making our experience special.
100% recommended. If you’re planning a safari in Tanzania, we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Serengeti Wakanda Tour. They exceeded our expectations in every way.
