Attentive
My safari in Uganda with TrueVine Safaris was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized, seamless, and thoughtfully planned. I was amazed by how many animals we were able to see — every game drive felt like something out of a documentary.
Our guide, Bernard, made the experience even more special. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. He took the time to answer all of our questions, shared fascinating insights about the wildlife and local culture, and made sure we were always in the best position for viewing and photos. Most importantly, he genuinely cared that we had a great time, and it showed.

From my first enquiry regarding a tour to see the Golden Monkeys in Rwanda and Gorilla trekking in Uganda, the tour guide, Bernard, was always very helpful and provided plenty of information. I received a phone call from him to discuss the quotation provided & he personally answered any questions I had about the tour. Being an older client, he learned about my fitness level & was able to reassure me that I would be capable of going on this tour. Bernard met us at Kigali Airport & stayed with us until the end of the tour when he took us to our accommodation back in Kigali. We felt safe at all times. On the day of the gorilla trekking, Bernard called ahead & ensured we were on the correct level of trekking. We wanted a full experience of the jungle & the environment where the gorillas live, as well as seeing the gorillas.
