Fantastic
We used Katsam adventures for a 3 day tour of Rwanda (golden monkeys) and Uganda (gorilla trekking). The trip was everything we had hoped for and more. Our guide Medard was fantastic throughout the entire trip, nothing was too much for him. He was extremely knowledgable and informative and was able to answer any questions we had in extremely good English. I would definitely recommend both the company and Medard. Thankyou for an amazing tour.

The sales representative from this travel agency was very dedicated and responsible. Before the trip, they actively answered all my questions; during the trip, they even took the initiative to check in on how things were going; and after I returned home, they followed up to make sure I arrived safely.
Our driver and guide, Medard, was an honest and down-to-earth person. Throughout the trip, he not only gave us detailed explanations and helped us spot wildlife during the game drives, but also assisted us in bargaining and getting proper packaging when we bought souvenirs. Over the past few days, he has become more than just a guide—he’s become a friend.
