A Magical Honeymoon Safari — Thank You, Chediel and Safari Soles!
Our honeymoon safari in Tanzania was nothing short of magical, and so much of that was thanks to our extraordinary guide, Chediel Simon.
From the very beginning, every detail of our journey was thoughtfully tailored to us. Chediel went far beyond what anyone could expect of a safari guide. He wasn’t simply our guide; he became a friend. His warmth, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make our honeymoon special made an already extraordinary experience truly unforgettable.
From the breathtaking Serengeti to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, every day was filled with adventure, beauty, laughter, and wonderful surprises. Chediel’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and personal attention made every moment even more meaningful. Nothing ever felt routine or impersonal. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our journey.
There are countless safari companies to choose from, but when it comes to personalized attention, genuine warmth, and exceptional care, Safari Soles is in a league of its own. Excellent five-day safari with Safari Soles!
Safari Soles are true professionals! We went on a five-day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Everything was well organised, on schedule and stress-free. The experience exceeded our expectations!
Our contact person, Jamal, was professional, responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. Communication was always clear and quick, and he took care of all our wishes and made sure we had all the information we needed well in advance.
Our guide and driver, Abdul, was excellent! He was friendly, polite, always on time and very knowledgeable. His driving was safe and reliable, even on the rough safari roads. He knew the animals and their behaviour extremely well and had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife. Thanks to his expertise, we managed to see all of the Big Five and countless other animals. He really helped make the safari a memorable experience.
We also took a day trip with another company during our stay in Tanzania, and based on our experiences, we would choose Safari Soles every time. We would happily recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. And if you have the chance, we would especially recommend asking for Abdul as your guide - a knowledgeable guide can make all the difference!

Great week’s safari
We had an amazing week in safari.
A late start on the first day due to traffic but once we got going it was all good. Kristian looked after us very well seeking out the animals we were keen to see. Accommodation was good too

Amazing experience seeing all the wildlife we hoped to and much more
We had an amazing experience, our guide Christian was great and managed to find all the wildlife we wanted to see and more. Safari Soles were easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and before the trip. The jeep was comfortable, and the accommodation was great. All the parks we visited were great although the Serengeti was the best. There were a couple of small issues - the guide was late on the first day due to traffic in Arusha and an issue with our planned accommodation in the Serengeti (apparently it was fully booked) when we got there was resolved quickly and we stayed in a nearby place that was of a higher standard. Neither of these issues impacted the trip.

A Memorable safari
Safari Soles gave us an absolutely extraordinary safari. We saw all the animals we dreamed of seeing. The landscapes were breathtaking and Baraka was the best guide we have ever had, professional, funny, and always making sure we felt safe. He took care of every detail and somehow spotted wildlife from far away that we would never have noticed. We couldn't have asked for a better guide.

Overall extremely Professional, Safe and Fun Adventure
We were on a 7-day safari at the beginning of October. We went from Arusha to the central Serengeti, the Ngorongoro, and finally the northern part.
Even though I have done a lot of previous trips, it was my first time in central Africa and also going on safari. And it honestly really blew me away. From the first day, Elli (our guide, the best) amazed us with the whole experience. The jeep we travelled in and did the safaris in was very well equipped and comfortable. He was very good company as well as a guide, and was extremely well informed on, honestly, everything. The lodges we stayed at were mostly amazing, with some being “only” very good. The parks are amazing, but you can’t really describe that. We saw many, many animals, more than expected. Maybe that’s because we were lucky, but more likely it’s because Elli is ridiculously good at spotting animals.
I can really recommend this safari wholeheartedly and will most likely come back, hopefully with Elli.

Professional and Fun
Safari Soles provided us with seamless service from start to finish. They were the first operator to come back to us with an outline itinerary and cost (our initial plans were a little vague), followed by plenty of options as we honed in on our plans. Throughout the process, they were wonderfully responsive and professional (shout out to Faith, who was exceptional). This was a short trip, covering 4 days/3 nights at Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. Our flight arrived at Nairobi airport early in the morning (6am) but there was never any concern about having to wait to be picked up. Our guide, Sammy, was there with a cheery smile and warm welcome to take us straight off on our trip. Similarly, on the return, we were taken directly to the airport for our onward flight at 9pm, but with a thoughtful stop to allow us to have a bite to eat at a shopping mall prior to airport drop-off.
Sammy was exceptional. Nothing was too much effort, going out of his way to give us the best experience. His enthusiasm for the natural world and conservation shone through. He was keen to discuss all aspects of life in Kenya and never tired of answering our questions.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Safari Soles. Exceptional.

The best safari company ever!
We had an absolutely amazing time on our customized 3 day safari with Safari soles. We were able to fully customize a 9 day trip with a safari and trip to Zanzibar. Our safari guide Simon was amazing, very kind, respectful and knowledgeable about the area and all the animals. He made the safari even better for us, was so helpful and overall just really great company! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We saw every animal we wanted to see, Simon made sure we got to see everything we wanted to and more! I highly recommended safari soles and specifically Simon as our safari guide! Our tour operator Gladness who booked our trip for us and answered all of our crazy questions was also amazing. She was available for any and all questions, and communicated so well to ensure we booked our dream trip. Such a great experience with safari soles!

Wow what an amazing trip! We booked with SafariSoles for our Honeymoon Safari and everything was well organised and stress free for us.
