More than 10 years of service and still as good as new
Silas has been working with my non-profit and me for about 10 years. The first time I met Silas I could tell he had a gentle and caring spirit and he has NEVER let us down.
Whether he is driving for just me or for my team, we insist on Silas. Why? Because he is trustworthy, makes himself available as needed, is skilled and knowledgeable about his country and cares for his guests as he does for his countrymen as well.
My only reluctance to write this review is that I want to be sure he is always available for US!
As many times as Silas has been part of our trips to Kenya (1-3 times every year), he is considered more than a guide or even a friend. He is an important part of our Kenyan family.

Super Safari recommended to everyone
I was a little skeptical at first because I had planned nothing myself. So we had to rely completely on the planning of free African Tours. We stayed in 4 hotels, each hotel had its own charm and our tour guide Silas always gave us the feeling that someone was there for us. Also with a 6 year old boy it was not a problem. We look forward to the next tour with Silas.

Thank you for the best safari we could ever imagine
When we were planning to go on safari we were recommended to book with Free Africa Tours, and we are very happy we did. Silas picked us up in Nairobi, he had booked everything for us and took us to the first park in Naivasha. From Naivasha we went to Masai Mara where he had booked a very nice lodge for us. He knows Masai Mara very well and he spotted all animals for us, even the rhino and leopard. We would highly recommend Free Africa Tours.

The best safari experiences I´ve had, have all been with Free Africa Tours.
I´ve been going on safari plenty of times, and this company has been the best to travel with. Free Africa Tours are professional from the beginning with making a traveling plan, to the booking of all lodges, driving between parks and also to spot the animals and get close for the perfect sight and photo. I´ve been on safari with the company six times and they always keep time and are fixing everything for you. I can really recommend Free Africa Tours and Silas as a guide and driver to everyone.

Silas is a fantastic guide with very good knowledge of the different parks we visited.
The company offers good service and knowledge. I have travelled with them several times and always had a great time. Reliable, flexible, knows all the best places to find even the most rare animals, and last but not least, make you feel like you are on a safari with a good friend. My first trip with Silas was in 2010. We were very impressed with his precision in finding the right hotels and parks for us. Silas showed us how professional he is in planning group tours. A 6 day safari for 30 guests was perfectly organized and all our guests were very impressed. Silas was always punctual, friendly and very kin on the needs of his guests. His way of observing the environment is amazing. That gave us a chance of seeing so many animals, which we normally wouldn't have seeing. Keep up the good job Silas. We are looking forward for our next trip with you.

Excellent.
Silas was from the beginning always arrived on time as agreed to pick up anytime which is key in Africa. He was very knowledgeable of the routes of the park and very informative about the animals in the park and about the Safari’s not only in the Mara but other parks too as well.
