Awesome journey with top guide
Our 16 days road trip across Uganda was a once in a life time experience with our guide and excellent driver Alex Guma.
He is a great personality and super knowledgeable about all subjects including history, culture, politics, nature and wildlife.
He always gives 100% to his clients and even surprised us with a few nice unexpected stops.
I cannot recommend Alex Guma highly enough as guide for anyone who plans to visit and experience the Pearl of Africa and its lovely people. He is one of the best guides I have ever had in Africa.

Perfect organisation, excellent lodges and a great driver and guide.
We booked a 7-days trip through the national parks in the southern part of Uganda including Gorilla and Chimpanzee Tracking. The program of the trip was designed by Gorilla Walking Safaris based on our wishes what we wanted to see. It met our expectations to 100 percent.
The car was comfortable and reliable, the recommended lodges where all comfortable with cozy rooms, friendly personell and excellent meals.
Our driver Alex showed us a lot of interesting places - some of them outside of the normal tourist paths. Beside of this, travelling with him was a lot of fun.
The price for the service was very fair!
All in all it was an awesome experience!

Really.. they are the best!
I can not recommend ' Gorilla walking Safaris ' highly enough. Just returned from a fantastic trip of 15 days through 'The Pearl of Africa' with 'Gorilla Walking Safaris' with a group of 14 people. I did this fabulous trip for the third time with the great guides and drivers Alex and Meddy. We were a great team. The jeeps were well maintened, the drivers were carefull and reliable. They gaves us excellent service. Alex and his friend Meddy were more than drivers, they were also professional guides, friendly, open,flexible, very kindly ,enthusiast, they knew everything about wildlife , customs of the locals and tribes ( Karamojong). They turned every trip into a special, fantastic and overwhelmed experience. We had also a lot of fun in the jeeps during the long distances. Never problems with the cars, good prices. Alex and his team helped to plan the best itinerary, respecting our wishes and giving reliable personal advise. Their service has been exceptional from the first moment at the airport in Entebbe to the last moment in Kigali. Uganda is a great country but Alex and his team maked that you fall in love for "The Pearl of Africa".. and this is the reason they are the best...I would warmly recommend 'Gorilla Walking safaris' to anyone who comes to this great country.
