Best Local Tour Agency
They totally exceeded our expectation! We had a private safari which included a private safari gude for the entire safari, incredible food (gained 1.5 kg after safari), and very comfortable hotels. They know what they are doing! We saw everything and enjoyed! Asante sana!

Excellent private safari tour arrangement with good consideration and reasonable price.
I asked several Safari tour companies to give the quotes for a week private tour.
Sino Africa Safari proposed us the best plan to consider carefully for our expectations include price, itinerary, and so on.
Also they provided many valuable suggestions in advance, and whenever I sent the questions by email, Jong quickly give me the detailed answer. They were very helpful for us to prepare the trip, what we need to bring or not.
If you expect 5 star tour, I will not recommend Sino Africa Safari. But you expect 3-4 star tour with reasonable price, I strongly recommend this agent.
Two points I would suggest Sino to improve.
1. Make better selection for the hotel in Nairobi
2. Upgrade the Safari car from normal mini-van to Safari special car, such as TOYOTA Land Cruiser.
Sino arranged us the normal mini-van, the driving capability in off-road are relatively lower than those special cars. Our car sometime stuck or nearly stuck, and need to change the route due to the poor driving capability of the car, though the Land Cruiser easily pass those roads.

Kenya 10 Days Luxury Safari
We enjoyed our safari in Kenya, it was memorable and incredible. Hotels were luxury, comfortable, great food and service. We love Mara Leisure Camp especially, the location for observing animals was really good. We loved our driver guide, Fracis Masai, he is a cute driver guide, very funny, professional and knows every knowledge about the wildlife. We appreciate Sino Africa Safari for the excellent arrangement, we saw every animal including lions, leopards, rhinos, and elephants. Thumb up and recommend them!

Great safari planner
Luckily Jong was introduced by our friends, and he tailor made our safari to Kenya. We were extremely happy about our safari, because quotation was good (low season), less crowded, luxury hotels, and the most important - our safari driver. Our safari driver was Vincent, he has passion about the country, he knew every corner and we saw all Big five. I couldn't recommend them more! They are professional!
Choose them and you will never get wrong!
We love the safari especially our driver guide Vincent, he is amazing! He knows where to spot animals, we could not miss anything in Kenya. We saw 18 lions, 3 leopards and 2 cheatahs, and 5 rhinos. We miss Kenya and we will come back!

A safari I will never forget
We took a 8 day safari with Sino Africa Safari. They are professional. Everything exceeded our expectation by far. We saw all big five, apart from migration. We are planning for another safari with them soon!

Very professional and reliable from day one
We had an amazing experience that went beyond our expectations. From the first email that we exchanged with Jong the communication and flexibility redefining the itinerary were remarkable, and that was a key factor for the final decision. Once there we decided to extend the stay and the response and resolution was very quick.
Having an experienced guide is crucial to maximise the options to have a great safari. He/she has to be a very good driver (it rained a couple of days and the driving conditions were poor), have the knowledge over the region, know the animals and their behaviour, and finally, but not less important, be a nice and funny person, since you will spend a lot of hours with him/her. In our case, our guide Francis, fulfilled all these requirements cum laude :-)
We started in Lake Nakuru, and saw the full colony of Flamingos, the Rhinos and a lovely couple of lions in their honeymoon! After that in Masai Mara we could observe a full family of lions, some cheetahs right after a hunt, elephants from very close, giraffes and of course plenty of other species like hyenas, zebras, wildebeests, warthogs, ostriches, and many, many more. In lake Naivasha we could see the hippos from very close as they went out of the water to feed themselves, and finally in Amboseli, we could see again a huge amount of wild animals, including also some huge buffalos with the Kilimanjaro in the background.
I would definitely repeat the experience with Sino Africa Safari, and recommend 100% them if you are looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy service.

Absolutely fabulous experience!
We are a family of 3 and used Sino Africa Safari to organise a 3-day flying safari in the Fairmont Mara Safari camp at the end of May 2022. Jong, our safari specialist, was absolutely fabulous throughout the process, leading us through the initial booking, safari planning (making all the options very clear in great detail) and organised the whole trip extremely well. Our stay at Fairmont was really special and we had a truly unforgettable experience particularly for our 7 years old daughter who cannot stop talking about both the camp site and what she saw during the safari. It was really a world-class place to visit.
Not only Jong was helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process as easy and smooth as possible, but he also did it with great enthusiasm which made us feel looked after and reassured us on our first big trip after Covid (from the UK).
We couldn't recommend Sino Safari more wholeheartedly and a 5 stars rating is more than deserved for the service they provided to us.
