We cancelled our safari due to the global situation. They refunded money without waiting. very very impressive and reliable. we will come back to safari when the pandemic is over.

I fall in love with safari
I fall in love with safari. The driver guide was really nice to everyone, hotels were beautiful, and animals were so close to our vehicle, and very excited! I posted pictures of African buffalo because this is the Year of the Ox!!! This year would be good and I will come back for my second safari!

visited Treetop Hotel and equator
We visited Treetop hotel and equtor. Treetop hotel is very famous because of the queen, we felt lucky to stay at the queen's hotel. Eqautor experience was very intersting also.

Good memory
Memorable trip. Very luck, saw Big 4 on our first morning and second day. Drvier driving skill was excellent and know the area well and gave us a unique local experience.

No 1 Safari Drvier Guide
My driver guide was Vincent, I could still remember his name after years because it didn't feel like he was my guide but more like a very close friend. We talked about everything and he knew where to go to find the animals and timing for take good pictures. I brought home more than just photos, but loads of memories and new knowledge. Thank you Vincent.

Africa safari best
My dream was going to africa to view animal. We went to kenia last year, trip was well organized by sino africa safari company.

10 day safari
We had a nice safari to kenya. everything was great. Good hotel, food, accomdoation and driver. We visited their office before make payment and they are reliable.
good safari but could be better
We had a good trip but I remembered that daily driving distance was very loooong, also driving speed was not fast, and time spend on road was very long, espcially we experienced traffic on the way. First, we choose to have a 4wd landcruiser with a driver guide and had a good itinerary. Communication with Jong was great, all questions were answered straight forward. Payment was made easy in the Covid 19 season. Our vehicle was in good condition. The only thing is that everything was planned, but we spend daily is about 6 hours. There was one day we expereinced traffic in town also because of heavy raining, we got stuck in town and we had a almost 7 hours drive which affected our game drive in the afternoon, I remembered that clearly. The rough road condition in Masei Mara should be improved. The dust was a lot and we had to wear mask to cover our nose. We were told by Jong about the experience, but we did not expect that much, otherwise we could have book flights to masei mara.
Otherwise, everything else was okay. All meals were good (almost the same thing every time such as meat, soup, salad), our vehicle was clean all the time, our driver guide was nice and friendly to us, and most important that our accommodations were luxury and good. Every person surrounds us are friendly to us. We were happy to see a lot of animals. We saw big five and great rift valley. We loved to see the equator experiement also.
I would choose Sino Africa Safari again, but next time I will take flights for our transportation.

promoise that it was a trip of lifetime
The level of communication, service, hospitality, honesty, and quality of their staff were incredible. Our safari met all of our demand and request. Our driver was a local Kenyan but knows how to speak little Chinese like animal words and greetings, which was really impressed. He took care of us like his relatives. If you are having any doubts about travel to Kenya, you MUST go with Sino Africa Safari. They are able to help you to plan a very nice tour. By the way, if you have enough budget, choose landcruiser is best, because comfortable, espcially for elder tourists and children.

Responsible company and tour guide
We had a safari to Kenya in 2009, the safari was good. Although we did it see many animals but the cost was low, hotel was good and outr Chinese tour guide was good also. I remembered that I lost my phone under my bed, but the tour guide and the company contacted the hotel and send it to me later. Thank you. Also, it was very raining and my friend got cold because no cloth. The company buy us cloth and did not charge us. I felt very safe and comfortable to travel with them. This year they send us a gift of company celebration of 15th year formation. I remember the best tour to Africa and we will com b ack
