Superb customer service and excellent tour/itinerary
This was a spectacular experience and Twiga Tours really went above and beyond to ensure our safari was perfect. Staff were knowledgeable and polite, punctual and the tour and itinerary that was custom designed for us was brilliant. What stood out the most is the personal touch of the owner of this company. It is obvious that they care about the clients and ensuring satisfaction. I would highly recommend this touring company. They ROCK.....

What an all round perfect experience from start to finish! The level of service, care and individual attention was just outstanding. The Safari tour was breath taking and the knowledge and experience of all the staff evident throughout. Kenya Twiga Tour
My wife and I recently completed a 12-day trip to Kenya that was booked through Twiga Tours and focused mostly on safaris. We really did enjoy the whole trip and loved the variety of places we visited and the wildlife experiences: Nairobi, Samburu, Ol Pajeta, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli. There’s nothing we would have changed because each area really had its own special highlight that we would not want to miss, and the order we visited them seemed just right too.
Our guide and driver, Martin, was with us throughout the trip and this was a great bonus. He was always ready on time, his vehicle was clean and well kitted out for both long road journeys and safaris, he knew his way around everywhere, was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, and he was very friendly and helpful. He was, in fact, one of the highlights of the holiday.
We would certainly commend Twiga Tours and Martin. We loved Kenya and I feel certain that we will return in the not too distant future.
One point worth noting though was how slow it took to get through the security systems at JKI Airport in Nairobi on departure. One needs to allow plenty of time. This did not detract from what was a wonderful holiday though.
The staff were very responsive prior to our safari in the Mara which was excellentinevery way.

Professional and Organized
Twiga did a great job to met all our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by our guild, whose knowledge of the country and it’s wildlife truly made our experience unforgettable.
Throughout the tour, our guide ensured that each aspect of our safari was perfect. His expertise in navigating Kenya and the parks brought us safely to incredible wildlife sightings, including lions, rhino and leopards – who could ask for more? He was a safe and knowledgable driver and guide.
Everything was exceptionally organized.

My wife and I have used the services of many tour operators around the world. Twiga Tours stands head and shoulders above the rest! They were very thorough in first understanding what we were interested in and then promptly gave us various excellent options. They also helped us trouble shoot when we had some difficulties with luggage and such. We felt taken care of from the moment we landed to the moment we departed. The level of service and attention is unsurpassed. Moreover, the safari tours themselves were jaw-dropping. All the tours were outstanding but "Elephant bedroom camp" might be the most exceptional for us.
