Great organization
I found Kihindo Tours through safaribookings.com. Everything was new to me, so I was quite nervous. Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish. Winnie was very helpful. We stayed at Mloka Lodge, a lovely accommodation surrounded by nature with very friendly people. The food was excellent and more than enough. We booked a four-day safari in Nyerere National Park and had William as our guide. William is a truly fantastic guide. He knows everything about everything, and nothing is too much trouble for him. We saw many different animals. We're returning to the Netherlands with wonderful memories of a fantastic safari. Thanks again for everything, William!

Amazing Safari Package
Incredible one day safari with Kihindo. Our guide Dearden was incredibly knowledgeable and we saw countless animals. Ticked off nearly all of the big five in one morning!

Incredible
Excellent service, very friendly guides, and the transport from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi was comfortable and fun with our guide Isaia, who was always attentive and kind to us. The hotel was very clean and the staff treated us very well. The only downside was that we had to pay for drinks at dinner, even though everything was supposed to be included. Other than that, everything was great.

Amazing safari with amazing people
It was perfect. The guide, the driver and the company was so good, they are very happy and attention. The times and the plan was perfect. Te transport was so confortable. Mikumi is too good and there are a lot of animals. Hotel was good also and food is okay. We are very happy to choose this company.

The tour operator is very reliable and offers good value for money. Winnie is quickly available on WhatsApp. She organizes your tailor-made safari and she is very professional. The services are excellent (accommodation, food, visits, etc.). Our guide was exceptional, and we had a great safari with him. You can go there with your eyes closed; you won't be disappointed.

Incredible Mikumi safari with Kihindo Tours—great value, stunning wildlife, and fantastic guides!
We had an excellent safari experience with Kihindo Tours to Mikumi National Park. Our driver, Peter, and our guide, Salonikei, were not only highly professional but also incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
They taught us so much about Tanzania—its wildlife, landscapes, culture, and traditions. Peter made the journey comfortable and enjoyable, even stopping to let us try local fruit like fresh pineapple and coconut water. Salonikei’s ability to spot animals and explain their behavior made the game drives fascinating.
We saw a wide range of animals in their natural habitat and felt safe, informed, and well taken care of throughout the trip. The experience was also great value for money.

We recently went on a safari trip to Mikumi National Park with Kihindo Tours, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, smooth, and tailored to our needs.
A huge thank you to Peter, our driver, who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. He was punctual, friendly, and always ensured we were well taken care of, even during long drives. And our safari guide, Salonikei, was nothing short of amazing! His deep knowledge of the park and the animals made the whole experience incredibly rich and exciting. He spotted animals we would have never seen on our own and explained everything with passion and patience.
Our driver Peter and safari guide Salonikei were more than just professionals – they were amazing teachers. We learned so much about Tanzania’s wildlife, culture, traditions, and local life throughout the journey. Their passion and knowledge added so much depth to the entire experience.
Thanks to them, we saw elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and so much more – up close and in their natural habitat. It was truly a dream come true.
On top of all this, the trip was great value for money. Everything was well-organized, and the service we received far exceeded our expectations.

Very friendly and professional
I did this safari with my wife and my daughter who’s 9 years old. We thank the whole staff who are true professional especially Michael our guide. All logistics worked flawlessly , (pick up, boat cruise, etc)and the lodges were superb including food. The way to Reserve from Dar es Salaam is about 4 hours with bad road but finally it was an amazing experience ! Maybe we had good fortune we have seen many animals and beautiful birds. It’s unforgettable ! We thank you again.
