Professionally run operation with excellent guides, reliable vehicles, good food and great service
I enjoyed my 5D/4N expedition to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara National Parks. The tour started and ended on time and followed the planned itinerary. I saw the big 6 (the big 5 + cheetahs). The entire expedition was professionally run. The guide Nickson was excellent. He did a great job with helping us maximize our game viewing. He drove safely, had an uncanny knack for spotting game and bird life. Our chef, Elia did a great job serving us delicious and healthy meals. The lodges where we stayed for 2 nights of the 4 were clean and close to the parks. We also camped in tents, one night each at Serengeti and Ngorongoro (at the crater rim). The campgrounds were excellent and it was a pleasure to hear lions roaring in the night and hippos and hyenas.
Overall the experience was 5/5 stars. No complaints and highly recommended.

We have just returned from an incredible 4-day, 3-night safari in Tanzania, visiting Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, everything was seamlessly organised by Humphrey, who was brilliant at answering all of our questions quickly and giving us helpful tips and advice before we even arrived in Tanzania. The communication and organisation were excellent, which made everything feel completely stress-free.
The accommodation throughout the trip was beautiful, and the food was also really lovely. Everything had been thought about and planned so well.
Our initial briefing and airport collection with Hudhaifahassan was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly, made sure we knew exactly what to expect and got our trip off to a brilliant start.
But the person who truly made our safari something incredibly special was our guide, David. 🦁❤️
David was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had the best possible experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, the parks and the environment, and his passion for what he does really came through.
Thanks to David, we were lucky enough to see the Big Five several times, as well as so many other incredible animals and unforgettable moments. He somehow always seemed to know exactly where to go and where to look, and his determination to make sure we experienced everything was amazing.
But what really stood out was how well he looked after us. David constantly made sure we were safe, comfortable, fed, watered and enjoying ourselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was friendly, funny, incredibly easy to get along with and made the whole experience feel so relaxed.
By the end of the safari, it honestly felt like we had known David for years — he became part of our little safari family. 🥹
We genuinely cannot thank him enough. A fantastic guide, a lovely person and an absolute credit to Cubs Expeditions. If you book with Cubs Expeditions, I would highly recommend asking for David — he really is exceptional and made our trip everything we hoped for and so much more.

An Unforgettable 4-Day Tanzania Safari Experience
My wife and I just got back from a 4 day safari across three of Tanzania's national parks, and we're still buzzing about it. We managed to see all of the Big Five, which made the whole trip feel like a real once in a lifetime experience.
We booked a personal tour rather than joining a group, and it made a huge difference. Having our own guide meant we could set our own pace each day and go after what we actually wanted to see, without waiting on anyone else's preferences. If you're planning a safari in Tanzania, this is the way to do it.
One of the best parts was where we stayed, including a campsite in the Serengeti where animals wander freely around camp at night. It's a strange feeling at first, but a brilliant one, and something you don't easily forget.
Our guide David deserves a special mention here. He was with us for the entire trip and clearly knew the parks inside out. He had a knack for spotting animals that were miles off or half hidden in the grass, and we honestly don't know how he did it. He never rushed us, adjusted our start and finish times without complaint, and kept pushing to find us more sightings even when we'd already seen plenty. He put in far more effort than we expected, and the trip wouldn't have been the same without him.
We should also thank Humphrey, who helped put the trip together in the first place, and Hudhaifahassan, who gave us our initial briefing and picked us up from the airport.
All in all, a fantastic, well run safari. Five stars, and an extra mention for David.

Fantastic
We had a great experience with Cubs expeditions from start to finish.
We booked directly through the company after finding them online. Humphrey was pleasant, responsive and helped us create a great personalized itinerary.
The tour itself was amazing and incorporated all the best parts of Tanzania. We were able to see the “big 5” during our trip.
Our guide Chalice and chef Halidy were amazing at their jobs and very pleasant to be around during the week. They were very attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. We cannot say enough good things about them.
If we are lucky enough to visit Tanzania again we will be sure to make Cubs our first call.

Not honest
HUMPHREY was not honest with our group of 12 people. We paid him in advance, notified him we must cancel on time and according to the agreement conditions, but never get our refund.

Our best family trip
I’m so happy that we booked our family safari with club expeditions limited safari, the safari was perfect, it was on top everything we could imagine, the best part of the safari was our guide, Umari, his great knowledge surprised us every time, he is true professional, he was so kind and help us with everything, we got to see all the animals that we wanted, including the big 5. The food was amazing and they always had a vegetarian/ vegan option. The lodges were majestic, the first and the third one in Serengeti and Ngorongoro was one of the best places we had ever been to. If you’re flying from Zanzibar I recommend to you to ask for at list 1 and half hour connection in Arusha because our was 50 minutes and it was a little tough. I also want to thank Humphrey, he was always here for us and answered every question, at first we booked our trip to march, but in the end we couldn’t make it and Humphrey managed to help us and change the date of the trip to July. This trip was the best my family ever been to, it surpassed everything , so thank you, Club Expedition for making our dream trip come true, and for all of you at home reading it, I really recommend you to book your safari trip with Club Expedition, for me it was amazing🙏🏼

Four days, Three Parks, One Incredible Adventure
4-day safari through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater was nothing short of unforgettable.
I had the pleasure of sharing this experience with a wonderful group of people from all over the world, which made the journey even more special. A huge part of what made this trip so incredible was our guide, David. He was always attentive, in a great mood, and truly dedicated to giving us the best possible experience—and he absolutely delivered. He had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife, often noticing animals before we had any idea something was there. He was also very cooperative with other guides, working together to find the best viewing spots and ensuring everyone got to enjoy the moment.
We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five—including a black rhino up close, which gave us some truly incredible photos.
A special mention also goes to Richard, who prepared delicious meals for us throughout the trip. No matter where we were, he made sure we were well-fed and happy.
This safari was a true adventure, filled with breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable wildlife encounters, and amazing people. I feel incredibly grateful to have experienced it. Great value for the price!

Amazing experience with reliable and attentive personell
The safari was amazing! We booked an offer for a 4-day safari (6 days including arrival and departure in Arusha) by Oasis Wildlife Tours, which was pooled with other operators due to lower demand in the off-season. Pick-up and drop-off from and to the airport worked perfectly. Our driver was very kind and also flexible regarding the arrival and departure times of our flights.
After the arrival day with a city tour, our four-day safari started. Our driver Alli from Simbaland Magic Tours did an amazing job. He knew exactly where to look for the different animals, where to stop to get great pictures, and how to handle the rough terrain without ever getting lost on the endless small paths. Thanks to him, we not only saw all of the Big Five animals but also giraffes, zebras, gnus, ostriches, baboons, different antelopes, flamingos, eagles, all of the “Ugly Five,” and many more. Many of them could be seen from a very close distance, but our driver allways respected their space to not disturb them.
The accommodations during the trip were always appropriate. During the four safari days, three meals per day were provided by our chef Joseph, who was traveling with us from camp to camp and cooking for our group. The food was very good, and he always tried to teach us a few words in Swahili. He also allways provided a vegetarian option for us.
Everything was taken care of, the experience was great, we got far more than we expected, and we would definitely recommend it.
