Responsive, easy, and thorough
The team at Phine Safaris was very responsive from the moment I asked for a quote to climb Mount Kenya and answered all of my questions beforehand. They met me easily for transport and had an experienced driver take me to the mountain and set me up with a great team. All around a wonderful experience on Mount Kenya thanks to Phine Safaris.

Easy communication with all details taken care of
Phine Safaris provided everything we needed from start to finish for our 10 day trip to Kenya. Starting with Kelvin, he tailored the itinerary to meet every request we had, greeted us at the beginning of our trip, and left no detail for us to worry about it between lodging and transfers. There wasn’t an animal we didn’t see with our driver Nick, who checked off the Big 5 for us and focused on what we wanted to see. Overall it was as amazing as we hoped for and couldn’t thank Phine Safaris enough for providing us this opportunity within our budget.

Outstanding service and communication
I can't say enough positive things about Phine Safaris. Basing a decision to send a chunk of money to a tour operator in a foreign country can be a bit stress-inducing, but Phine (pronounced "fine") Safaris exceeded all our expectations. They facilitated our payment with a US Visa card in advance of our arrival, which gave us peace of mind regarding our plans and also payment protection. To give a specific example of the type of service they provided, we asked them to arrange a driver to pick us up at the Nairobi airport in the middle of the night when we first arrived. We were scheduled to arrive at something like 2 AM, but it took hours longer to retrieve our luggage and make it through the airport controls. Not only did they arrange for a driver who waited for us the whole time, but Hilde at Phine Safaris also sent me WhatsApp messages to ensure that we had met up with the driver. They did not just pass off the responsibility to the driver and forget about it, they continued to monitor our connections to ensure that there were no issues -- in the middle of the night no less. Whenever we booked with Phine Safaris, we knew that we would be well cared for with no mishaps. Finally, I want to mention that the prices Phine Safaris quoted us were very competitive, so we didn't sacrifice affordability to get great service with Phine Safaris. I can recommend this tour operator without reservations.
