Exceptional Knowledge and Personalized Service - An Amazing Experience!
Thank you, Rose, for an amazing Africa experience! Our family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 16) travelled to Zim (Deteema Springs) and Zam (Sausage Tree and Mchenja) and every detail was taken care of seamlessly. After receiving a brief description of the kind of safari experience we were hoping for, Rose nailed it with a customized itinerary that exceeded all expectations. Her first-hand knowledge of the countries, camps, and operators is exemplary. No need to sort through the myriad of options - every camp offered a different experience and excellent service. Logistics were seamless, including both charter light planes, scheduled flights, and transfers to remote camps; Rose was always just a WhatsApp message away if we had any questions or if there were any bumps along the way. Highly recommended for an exclusive and unforgettable trip to Africa!
Rose was very patient and responsive throughout the planning of our trip. We were looking for something unique and exclusive that had to meet quite high standards and satisfy a family of 8 with differing interests. Rose offered a solution to every new challenge that came up. We settled for Zambia in the end, combining a stay near the Victoria Falls with a few days Safari in South Luangwa. The trip was just amazing! The activities were very varied and each more breathtaking than the next!
Sungani, our lodge in South Luangwa was absolutely stunning, with the friendliest and most attentive staff as well as the best food ever!! Incredible location and beautiful rooms in a very secluded area of the park, with the best surprises and sunsets! Highly recommend this lodge for the ultimate luxury Safari experience. A big thank you to Rose for suggesting this lodge for our trip!

Rose was extremely helpful and responsive from the outset. She provided some excellent suggestions to our fairly woolly brief! Everything was organised to perfection, with exceptionally friendly and helpful guides and drivers in country.
Both Safari locations in Kenya offered very different landscapes, animals and experience, and Tulsa Resort in Zanzibar was relaxing and beautiful.
We would highly recommend Encounter Mara camp in the Naboisho Mara Conservancy; great recommendation by Rose, we saw more wildlife than we could have hoped for, our local guide was amazing, our rented accommodation luxurious and the camp staff friendly and very helpful. We would also recommend Lodo Springs on Loisaba, a very different landscape and out of this world luxury on an escarpment, with mind blowing views; again our guide was wonderful and the service and experience exemplary.
Thank you Luxury Safari Company and Rose for making this a trip if a lifetime for our family.
I would add we are a family of 3, with a 10 year old and everything organised suited both adults and our daughter.

Exemplary organization and communication throughout the process, plus amazing destinations!
Rose at the Luxury Safari company, really delivered an amazing vacation for my family! At the outset, she listened to what my objectives were, for our vacation, offered some alternatives to my original suggestions, based on her experience, and then presented a bespoke vacation experience for my consideration.
After a few tweaks, we had an itinerary in place! Throughout the entire planning process, Rose was very communicative and responsive, despite our significant time differences. She really understood the importance of getting this right, and what this vacation would mean to my family.
We traveled to Africa for the last 10 days of June and first 10 days of July, and visited three countries. Every single place she suggested was spectacular! The service was exceptional at all of the camps, food was delicious, and most importantly, the game viewing was plentiful. There is not a single animal on my list that I wanted to see, but didn’t! Africa, and Rose, really delivered the vacation of a lifetime for my family and I!
As a word of caution, to future travelers, when camps, say, they have Wi-Fi, take that with a grain of salt. To say that connectivity is patchy, is kind. That was the only negative (From one point of view, anyway), but certainly is not attributable to Rose. I mention it only so that future travelers can plan to be out of contact with the world for long stretches, if you are going to remote and beautiful places in the world.
From a logistic standpoint, our travel and transfer between camps went off without a hitch, I have never felt so pampered in my life. I should also mention that the operational Director at our last camp mentioned, that if all people in the travel industry were as wonderful to work with as rose, that the industry would be a much more pleasant place to work to business.
In conclusion, we had an extraordinary, vacation experience, and much of that is due to the work of Rose and her team. I, unabashedly and wholeheartedly, recommend the Luxury Safari company for anyone who wishes to embark on a vacation to Africa.

Always amazing, reliable and have clients best interest at heart
It’s our 4th time on safari with Rose and we were amazed and surprised at how detailed and seamless our trip is.
If you want someone reliable, trustworthy and have your best interest at heart, Rose is the one for you. We had a scare when our flight out from Lusaka (which we booked ourselves) were messed up when the airline retimed our flight, which affected our connecting flight. We were so stressed and sent an SOS to Rose in the middle of the night and she and her team help us sort it out and all worked out well in the end. Rose just said: go enjoy your morning game drive and it will sorted by the time you are back to camp. True to her words, everything works out and we managed to see an epic sight during game drive - a hyena trying to take on an elephant! We thought we have to cancel our morning drive to sort out the flight mess but Rose just took care of it for us!
We felt so loved and well taken care of by Rose and her team. There will be more safaris for us and we will always stick with Rose! She’s one in a million! Thanks for planning an amazing vacation for us! Love you guys!

Excellent Service, Expert Knowledge, An Enchanting Experience
Rose organised the whole trip to Tongabezi in Zambia to see Victoria Falls, followed by Little Machaba and then Baines Camp in Okavango Delta in Botswana. Everything worked like clockwork, all three camps were spectacular and we enjoyed the best trip ever. Thank you! We saw loads of game, our private guides were extremely knowledgeable and the perfect hosts, and we enjoyed excellent accommodation, hospitality, cuisine and service. The Falls and the Zambezi river were spectacular, and the Delta is a magical place. We can't recommend Rose and The Luxury Safari Company highly enough.

A Trip of a Lifetime!
As someone who has never been to Africa, I was nervous about my first trip, but Rose at The Luxury of Safari Co. knows the best places to go and selected the perfect lodge for my needs: The Royal Portfolio’s Waterside. From seeing the Big 5 in the first two game drives to gaining five pounds because the food was so amazing, the trip was perfect. I never had to contact Rose once, and I cannot imagine a more seamless experience. I wish she didn’t just do safaris because I’d use her for all of my trips!
