Amazing Trip with Kojuu Safaris
We’re wrapping up our last night here in Tanzania, and wanted to write this while it’s all still fresh. This has been an incredible trip with Kojuu Safaris. Glory planned the entire trip and was very responsive throughout the entire process.
Leonard was our guide and he truly made the trip. We were impressed with his knowledge of the parks and the animals, and he knew how to be in the right place at the right time. Thanks to him, we got to see the wildebeest crossing the Mara River and a group of cheetah cubs — two moments that will stay with us for a long time. We also noticed how Leonard would stop to help other drivers along the way whenever he saw someone in trouble, which said a lot about the kind of person he is.
Accommodation wise, Glory had suggested Envi Sisini to us for Central Serengeti and it was a highlight in itself — such a great place to relax after a full day out in the parks. Also, the Miracle balloon ride over the Northern Serengeti was well worth it. Watching the plains wake up at sunrise from above, with animals scattered across the landscape, is an experience that’s hard to put into words.
We’ll definitely be back, and when we do, we will for sure be booking with Kojuu Safaris and asking for Leonard to be our guide again.
