The people of Ozon Light Tours are extremely client focused on delivering the best possible safari
We highly recommend Ozon Light Tours, in specifically our tourguide John who went above and beyond to give us an amazing safari experience. We saw all of the Big 5 and even more.
As this was our third Safari trip, we knew that every safari trip cannot be planned since the animals live freely and do not act as humans want them to.
But tourguide John showed us so many unique moments that blew our mind.
John made us see in and around Serengeti national park:
- two pairing leopards (!!! Usually they only are our each other for 3-5 days, after which they never pair again),
- 12 lions (3 male and 9 female) laying in 3 groups besides each other,
- a male and female lion mating (!!!)
- numerous grown and young elephants up close and personal,
- cape buffalos walking around and drinking from a lake
- 2 rhinos (in Ngorongoro crater)
- crocodiles in Grumeti River
- countless wildebeest, giraffes, zebras and gazelles
- a land turtle
- 3 serval cats
- a lot more animals
Again, we are so greatful to John who not only made us experience the best safari we ever had, but also made us feel very safe during driving and when getting to see the animals. He really knows his ways inside Tanzania, especially in Serengeti.
So we highly recommend him to anyone seeking an amazing safari experience with a skilled and knowledgeable tourguide.
Even though I am praising John and his skills so much, please believe me that this is a real review of a real experienced safari trip.
I have added some my own pictures to highlight the experience.
Lastly I would also like to thank Mr. Yohana of Ozon Light Tours for his service, especially since he made sure our accommodations and rides were excellent and we were welcomed by so many wonderful people every time.
So once again, a massive thank you to John the tourguide and Mr. Yohana.
After we visited Kruger park and Maasai Mara, we can easily say that a safari trip with Ozon Light Tours is the best safari trip you can possibly have!!

The tour operator was very flexible and very helpful and changing the itinerary.
We loved our 12-day Safari with Innocent. He is very easy to work with and very receptive when needing to change plans. We were able to see all the Big Five. He made sure the Jeep stayed clean and impeccable and that there was enough water and drinks for us. I would definitely use this to our operator in the future.

Amazing trip with Ozon Light: organized by Letson, guided by Robert
We did an 8 night trip in northern Tanzania which we recommend to everyone. After our first day in Arusha with Denis (he was a great guide also, we really enjoyed chemka hot springs), we headed west to the parks; manyara one day, serengeti 3 days, ngorongoro 1 day, tarangire 1 day. We were amazed by the migration, and all the different wildlife we saw. We were lucky to spot all the big five and many other scenes that seemed taken out from a documentary.
Special mention to our guide, Robert. Amazing guide, with a lot of experience. Always on time, very good driver, never got lost and he knew the park and animals perfectly. We didn't have any inconvenience in 7 days.
Also mention Kubu Kubu, a camp in central Serengeti that is totally worth it. 1 or 2 nights for sure. Well located, great food, tents were beautiful and last but not least, they treat guides just like tourists. Best stay so far.

Unforgettable experience
We are now in Tanzania with Ozon Light Tours and, for now, our trip is being amazing. Since the beginning, everything has been easy (information, reservation, communication…). If we wanted to do a change, they made it without any problem. That makes your trip more personal. We want to make a special mention for Robert, our guide and driver, for his hospitality and experience, a really good driver and responsible with his job. Unforgetable expirience!
Booking with Ozon Light Tour was easy communication and they were really felxible. Sometimes we wished, that there were more informations from the operater, for example on the first day we had no idea when we will meet our guide so we had to ask. Also the information about my celiac disease was not given forward to the lodges, even though I informed them two times. The Lodges had to be informed by our guide who had also no idea, but once I told him, he really made sure, that the lodges know and made me feel comfortable. Apart from that we had a tour we will never forget and our guide Joshua made everything he could to give us the greatest memories. He was kind, professional and had a lot of knowledge about animals and the surroundings. The lodge in Serengeti was a once in a lifetime expirience! Our last stop was Tarangire Nationalpark. On our game drive through the park there really were almost no animals, due to the rain season so we can not recommend visit it in May or maybe visit it at first stop. Thank you so much for that great time! We can really recommend this operator!o

We sincerely apologize for the issue with your dietary requirements. Please know that we did communicate your celiac information to all the lodges ahead of time, and we have proof of those emails if you’d like to see them. It appears the lodges confirmed receipt but unfortunately didn’t pass the details to their on-duty teams.

Unforgettable Safari Experience – Beyond Expectations!
I can't recommend this safari operator enough! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. I was a bit nervous going into it, but all my worries disappeared once the trip began. The team made sure every detail was taken care of — even helping us organize transportation after the tour was over, which was such a huge help. They also provided the best deal/price from any tour operator I contacted.
We spend around a week on Safari, doing 3 days in Serengeti, 2 in Tarangire, and 1 in the Ngorongoro Crater (along with Zanzibar after) We saw everything we hoped for — and so much more. The flexibility of the itinerary made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Went out of way to find a specific accommodation request for something authentic and not too touristy that helped us learn about the Maasai culture, The Maasai Eco Boma lodge, recommended by Ozon, was the perfect example of that. (Our guide Bahati, grew up Maasai, and was fun to see him engage with them and do their traditional dances) A highlight of our trip.
Our guides, Bahati and Dennis (a trainee), were incredible — super knowledgeable, always helpful, and honestly just great company to have for the week. Their passion for wildlife and their friendly, easygoing personalities really made the trip special.
One small note: the vehicle was a bit older and showed some wear, but it still got us everywhere we needed to go safely and comfortably. A refresh in the future might take the experience to an even higher level.
If you’re considering a safari, look no further. This was the adventure of a lifetime!

The Most Hospitable & Organized Company
We had an unforgettable 7-day safari and 5-day stay in Zanzibar, all booked through Ozon. It was truly the trip of a lifetime! Bahati and Trainee Denis were amazing tour guides—knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They made us feel comfortable from start to finish, always ensuring our needs were met.
