Tarangire and Ngorogoro National Park
We did a short safari in Tanzania after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and decided on Ozon Light which was a great choice for us. Our guide, Elijah, was flexible and fun and made sure we had an amazing time in the parks we visited. He was also an awesome ambassador when it came to making sure our lodge hooked us up with everything we needed for the long safari days. We had a fab time with Elijah and Ozon light and would definitely choose them again for our next Tanzania safari! Thanks for everything Elijah!

Elijah the wildlife whisperer! He can find it all even the Black Rhino
Elijah was an awesome safari guide in Tanzania, he kept his vehicle clean, drove smoothly, provided entertaining conversation, and was very considerate of bathroom and food stops.
I enjoyed the safari through both Tarangire and Ngorogoro. And enjoyed being in such awesome company greatly!
We felt very fortunate to see all the amazing wildlife and complete the Big 5, seeing both black and white Rhinos!

Excellent organisation, amazing wildlife knowledge, and a guide who truly loves what he does.
TL;DR: We can fully recommend The Ozon Light Tours. We booked the 6 Day Luxury Lifetime Experience and would absolutely do it again. And if you really, really, really want to learn something about the animals and not just see them, Denis is your man.
The preparation before the safari was super easy from the beginning. Communication, adjustments and special requests were all handled via WhatsApp. Clinton always replied quickly and organising everything was very straightforward.
The pickup at JRO airport also worked perfectly. Our driver was already waiting with a sign with our names on it and took us to our hotel in Arusha.
The next morning our guide Denis picked us up with the Toyota Land Cruiser and our safari started with Tarangire National Park. The car was great for a private safari. Plenty of space, comfortable and we had it completely to ourselves.
Already on the first day it became clear that Denis does not just have the normal knowledge you would expect from a safari guide. Animals are genuinely his passion. It was sometimes crazy how much he could tell us about individual animals, their behaviour and how everything in nature is connected. National Geographic should probably give him a call.
In the Serengeti we also realised just how ridiculously good his eyes are. Denis spotted animals somewhere in trees or bushes while we were still searching for another five minutes, even after he had already explained exactly where to look.
That was also one of the reasons we managed to see two leopards and two cheetahs. Without him, we probably would have driven straight past them. A good guide makes a massive difference on a safari, and Denis definitely did for us.
One thing we would personally do differently next time is the route at the beginning. Our flight arrived at Kilimanjaro at 1:30 in the morning. We then went to the hotel in Arusha and, because our airline had changed the flight schedule, we ended up having a full day there. Originally it would only have been around half a day.
From our personal point of view, we would skip Arusha completely next time if timing and logistics allow it. After getting some sleep, we would rather drive the extra few hours towards Lake Manyara and stay there. That way the actual safari starts directly in the region the next morning.
This is not criticism of The Ozon Light Tours at all, just something we would change in our own planning next time.

The most accommodating hard working group of guys I ever met. Absolute professionals
Ozon tours provided us with most unforgettable 10 day experience across Tanzania. From the moment we landed to departure to the airport, everything was very accommodating. We had the ability to stay at some of the nicest lodges and camp sites from Arusha all the way to the Serengeti. Another positive of Ozon is they provided us amazing lunches everyday as we worked up an appetite being out on our safari rides. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality especially both our safari guides Dennis and Augustine. Two of the funniest, caring, down to earth people I met who amplified the trip and made it the most perfect vacation for our entire group. For the price of the trip you will not find a better bang for your buck and hope to come back again soon!

Fantastic Safari with an Excellent Guide
We had an unforgettable 6-day safari with Ozon Light Tours, visiting Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we came home with memories that we will never forget.
Our guide, Elijah, was fantastic. His positive attitude, great sense of humour and enthusiasm made every day enjoyable. He is also an excellent driver, and his knowledge and experience meant that we had so many incredible animal encounters. From the big highlights to the smaller moments, we always felt that we were in very good hands.
The lodges and camps we stayed at were excellent, and we were very happy with the quality and variety of the accommodation throughout the safari.
We booked Ozon Light Tours through SafariBookings, and the entire booking process was clear and straightforward. Communication with Ozon before the trip was excellent. We had plenty of questions and requests in the weeks leading up to our safari, and our contact, Letson, was very helpful, responsive and accommodating.

Choosing Ozon Light Tours for our safari definitely made all the difference.
Mr. Yohana was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. Ozon was also the only company that truly accommodated our plans and, most importantly, what we were looking for in this trip.
The camps were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I always felt safe, and for me, that was the most important thing.
Dennis was our guide in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and he was absolutely wonderful: kind, patient, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what impressed us the most was his vast knowledge of Tanzania’s flora and fauna. He knew the scientific names, what each animal ate, their habits, behaviors, and so many fascinating details that made every game drive feel like a real learning experience.
Dennis is also an expert birder, and when I say expert, I mean EXPERT. He has what can only be described as a bionic eye for spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, we were able to see the BIG FIVE, including two white rhinos and, the crown jewel of our safari, a magnificent black rhino!
He also captured some incredible videos and photos for us, but even more importantly, we shared so many laughs and unforgettable moments along the way. Having Dennis with us made the experience truly special.
Lembris took care of us during our time in Arusha. He was incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to show us around and share his city with us.
From the planning stages to our very last game drive, Ozon Light Tours made us feel cared for, safe, and in very good hands. This safari was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are so grateful to the entire team for helping make it so memorable.

Amazing
We chose Ozon Light as the agency for our honeymoon based on the positive reviews we found online, and we couldn’t have made a better choice.
From the very first quote, Clinton was always available and quick to respond, answering all our questions, putting our minds at ease, and accommodating every request. He adapted the tour according to our preferences and wishes, making sure everything was exactly what we wanted.
However, what truly made our trip special was having Dicklack Abasy as our guide. From the very first day, he was always smiling, happy, and full of enthusiasm. As soon as we met, he asked us which animals we hoped to see, and even though some of our requests were not easy to fulfil, he managed to make every single one of them come true, dedicating himself to the search from sunrise to sunset.
He is a true professional and knows the Serengeti perfectly. We were able to see an incredible number of lions every single day and from very close up — males and females, and even cubs, including while they were feeding. We also saw an adult leopard and a cub that passed just one metre away from our jeep, as well as cheetahs, including one that was actually hunting, and huge numbers of all the other animals.
We were also lucky enough to witness the wildebeest crossing the Mara River during the Great Migration. We had almost given up hope, but Dicklack encouraged us not to lose heart. By changing our viewing spots several times, we finally managed to witness this incredible spectacle.
Whatever we asked, his answer was always “No problem”, accompanied by a smile.

Our experience with Ozon Light Tours was truly 10/10 from beginning to end. Everything from the booking process and communication to the actual safari was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organized.
This was our first safari, so we really did not know exactly what to expect, but the experience completely exceeded our expectations. We honestly could not have wished for a better first safari.
A huge part of what made the trip so special was our operator, Edward. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire safari. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and made sure we had the best experience possible every single day.
