Ozon Light were the most reasonable quote we were given for a 6 day luxury safari, and given the positive reviews it was easy to go with them. Our flight was delayed by over 2 days, Ozon Light were quick to respond to our queries and managed to make changes to accommodate us in short time. We had the pleasure of being guided by John, who was incredibly knowledgeable on the safari, always professional and warm, and made every effort to provide us the best experience possible.
