Good experience with ozon
Our main contact is Nuhu and our guide is Issa, and both of them are amazing and professional. When we were booking the safari, we had quite some requests and questions, and Nuhu always made the best to meet our requests and answer well to our questions. During the safari, we would like to see the big five and animal hunting, and Issa took us to see these. We also saw the babe lions and other different animals. I normally have motion sickness if i stay in the car for too long, but Issa drove very well and I didn’t feel that much sickness during the safari. Overall it is a nice experience, and would recommend this operator and the guide to my connection!

A good experience that we will remember forever

Hotels (4): Good
1. Serval Wildlife (5): Excellent It is an unmissable experience, you can interact closely with the animals and wake up surrounded by giraffes and zebras.
2. Maramboi Tented Lodge (5): Excellent
3. Lahia Tented Lodge (5): Excellent (it has an incredible view and the pool is on another level)
4. Sero Tented Camp (1): Disappointing (The beds and pillows are super uncomfortable, to activate the hot water you have to call reception, the tent is not on a solid base, the bathroom is not nice… Hotel NOT recommended, it is a low-budget hotel that does not correspond to luxury category)
5. Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp (4): Good (convenient, it is very close to the crater)
6. Farm of dreams lodge (4): Good
Additional activities (5): Excellent. Serengerti Ballon Safary: (It is an unforgettable experience, the logistics are impeccable and at the end they give you a delicious breakfast with champagne)
Sales and payments (5): Excellent (Nuhu resolved all my concerns and helped us with additional activities, the agency is very flexible with payment methods)
In conclusion (4,5), I recommend Ozon light Tours as an agency for your next trip. Finally, include Serval Wildlife, the balloon flight and a Luxury Lodge/camp in the north of the Serengeti.

I would like to thank Ozon Light Tours for allowing me and my friends to experience a pleasant and romantic Safari. Edward, our guide, was a big part of what made us feel so happy on our journey. Edward is young and handsome, but he is a very experienced and responsible Safari guide. First of all, he has excellent driving skills and super safety awareness, so there is no need to worry about riding in his car. Secondly, he has a very strong sense of time and is also very calm. He is very serious when he works and has a very good understanding of animal habits, which helps us to popularize a lot of professional animal knowledge. The most amazing thing is that his eyesight is very good, every time he can see animals from a long distance and tell us. He is also very good at communication and speaks fluent English and French. It is also smooth and efficient in solving difficult problems for us. We are so lucky to have Edward, who has made all our wishes come true and we have seen all our favorite animals. He loved what he did, he always cared about our feelings, and we were happy to be friends with him. An unbeatable experience
We were 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 6 children travelling from Australia and did a 5 day/4 night safari through Ozon Light Tours.
Right from the start Winfrida was great to deal with – responsive and quick with information, infinitely patient with my 100 questions and flexible to vary the itinerary and design a schedule and accommodations to suit our group. In the lead up to the safari, Ozon helped with reminders, contact information and last minute requests.
When we arrived in Tanzania, our bag had been lost by the airline. As we were heading straight on safari, Clinton from Ozon took control of all communications with the airline and kept me updated with information which reduced my stress.
Issa and Albert were our fantastic guides. Their knowledge of the national parks, animals, cultural practices and other really interesting information was fantastic. We were primarily with Issa and his patience with our children, his skill and safety in his driving and his ability to be flexible according to our family needs was very much appreciated. I have grown up in Africa doing many safari’s so I know the experience and what you see is partly down to luck, but also in a large part down to skill, knowledge and experience of your guide. Issa was fantastic – he knew the parks exceptionally well and was able to draw on his rich experience and connections to make sure we had the best safari possible – and it was absolutely unbeatable as we saw it all! I highly recommend Ozon Light tours for their professionalism from the enquiry stage right the way through to the end of the safari – they have a great team and Issa and Albert made the experience truly unbeatable.
