We really enjoyed the safari Our guide/driver - Francine - was really excellent. He was knowledgeable about animals and birds, and was very attentive to the children and us. The children and I had a very successful experience.

Amazing Life Changing Experience
34, travelling with my wife, 29, from the UK. We did 2 weeks in Kenya - Massai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli, and Diani Beach. I am someone who worries and overthinks, and we had not done a trip like this before. From start to finish Geofrey's communication and organisation was perfect. All of the details and logistics were covered, payment methods were secure and safe, and all of the booking details were provided for us to apply for the Kenyan E Visas etc. on time. Geofrey was very reassuring and patient with my questions!
The trip itself was incredible. Our guide and driver, Sammy, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He adapted the itinerary timings as we went along to suit how we were feeling, traffic, and success on the game drives. Sammy was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and we will miss spending time with him. So many times he found the best places for us to stop, and was especially good at preempting the animals' movements before many other safari vehicles. And yes - we saw the big 5 multiple times!
I would have no hesitation booking with Osnet again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them for your safari adventure!
If we did it again we would probably skip the beach and stay on safari longer, but we are glad we got to experience both. If you have an opportunity to do the hot air balloon in Massai Mara - do it!

We are a group of six from China, and this was our first time participating in such a trip in this way. At first, we were a bit concerned about encountering an unreliable travel agency, but after communicating with Geofrey, we found him to be highly professional, clear-minded, and efficient. In fact, his exceptional organizational and coordination skills throughout the journey provided us with a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The whole trip was excellent, all the guides are reliable.

Once in a lifetime experience
Fiancée and I recently visited Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru in Kenya with Osnet Tours, and the experience was amazing.

In the early stages, Osnet Tours helped me with everything I needed, every detail, from finding accommodation that met my dietary requirements, to handling last-minute schedule changes and some luggage issues. Everything was treated as a high priority by the operator and resolved promptly (special thanks to Geofry!). They don’t just wait for you to select a safari package and pay, they genuinely care about you having a great time. The communication was smooth and fluid, which is something you really want when going on a safari on your own. It was an amazing experience, don’t second-guess it, just go for it!!!! I took the 5-day safari (I would have preferred the 7-day one, but my schedule wasn’t ideal). Osnet organized my accommodation at Emayian Luxury Camp, Lake Nakuru Lodge, and Naivasha Kongoni Lodge, and everything about those places was just great!!
