In the early stages, Osnet Tours helped me with everything I needed, every detail, from finding accommodation that met my dietary requirements, to handling last-minute schedule changes and some luggage issues. Everything was treated as a high priority by the operator and resolved promptly (special thanks to Geofry!). They don’t just wait for you to select a safari package and pay, they genuinely care about you having a great time. The communication was smooth and fluid, which is something you really want when going on a safari on your own. It was an amazing experience, don’t second-guess it, just go for it!!!! I took the 5-day safari (I would have preferred the 7-day one, but my schedule wasn’t ideal). Osnet organized my accommodation at Emayian Luxury Camp, Lake Nakuru Lodge, and Naivasha Kongoni Lodge, and everything about those places was just great!! Once in a lifetime experience
Fiancée and I recently visited Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru in Kenya with Osnet Tours, and the experience was amazing.
Maasai Mara was wonderful and Mr. K., our guide and driver was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience.

The whole trip was excellent, all the guides are reliable.
Geofrey was extremely professional throughout the entire consultation process. He offered many great suggestions to make our trip smoother and responded very quickly, which gave us the peace of mind to place our deposit.

A highly professional tourism company
We are a group of six from China, and this was our first time participating in such a trip in this way. At first, we were a bit concerned about encountering an unreliable travel agency, but after communicating with Geofrey, we found him to be highly professional, clear-minded, and efficient. In fact, his exceptional organizational and coordination skills throughout the journey provided us with a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Amazing Life Changing Experience
34, travelling with my wife, 29, from the UK. We did 2 weeks in Kenya - Massai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli, and Diani Beach. I am someone who worries and overthinks, and we had not done a trip like this before. From start to finish Geofrey's communication and organisation was perfect. All of the details and logistics were covered, payment methods were secure and safe, and all of the booking details were provided for us to apply for the Kenyan E Visas etc. on time. Geofrey was very reassuring and patient with my questions!
The trip itself was incredible. Our guide and driver, Sammy, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. He adapted the itinerary timings as we went along to suit how we were feeling, traffic, and success on the game drives. Sammy was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and we will miss spending time with him. So many times he found the best places for us to stop, and was especially good at preempting the animals' movements before many other safari vehicles. And yes - we saw the big 5 multiple times!
I would have no hesitation booking with Osnet again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them for your safari adventure!
If we did it again we would probably skip the beach and stay on safari longer, but we are glad we got to experience both. If you have an opportunity to do the hot air balloon in Massai Mara - do it!

Our 14-day safari across 5 of Kenya’s most stunning national parks was an unforgettable adventure, and the organization and execution with Osnet Tours were excellent—exceeding all our expectations. Geoffreys Planning was ecellent and very professional.
A special mention goes to our tour guide, Ken, whose expertise, dedication, and passion made this trip extraordinary. Ken is not only a safe and skilled driver but also possesses an impressive knowledge of wildlife and Kenya’s natural landscapes. His ability to spot animals and share fascinating insights enriched every moment of our journey.
What truly stood out was Ken’s friendly, attentive, and patient nature. Despite our limited English, he always went the extra mile to ensure we understood everything, making us feel comfortable and valued. The accommodations were wonderful—each lodge and camp was beautifully located, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. We were exceptionally well taken care of, and there was never a moment where we felt anything was missing.
