Unforgettable
We completed a 4 night 5 day tour. It was truly an amazing experience. Each day continue to impress us. Mike is very kind and professional who made sure we treated well. He cares about his guests Jonson was an outstanding guide. By the end he felt more like a friend. We felt blessed to have him as our guide He is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He made our experience. It is a smaller company but the fine details were what made this trip special. We selected a mid range safari and the accommodations did not disappoint us. This is worth every penny spent. Highly recommend Extreme Wilderness you will not be disappointed I would give higher than 5 Stars if I could

Fantastic experience, once in a lifetime holiday
From our very first communication with Mike from Extreme Wilderness the whole experience was excellent. Our trip was tailored to our exact requirements using his expert knowledge.
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children (16 and 13).
We were greated at the airport and transferred to The Mount Meru Hotel for one night of rest before our safari.
Mike met us in the morning, to set us on our way, ensuring we were happy with our itinerary and we left for Tarangire.
After Tarangire, we spent a day at the Serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater and a final day at Makuyuni Wildlife Park.
Our driver/guide Sady was excellent throughout and ensured we arrived safely to each destination.
We stayed at Manyara's Secret twice and Lahia Tented Lodge and these were probably two of the best accommodations we have ever experienced. Food, hospitality and locations were perfect.
Days were action packed and we have made memories which will last forever.

Mike also assisted us with airport transfers and put us in contact with guides for trips on Zanzibar.

I was solo, and requested in the las moment, for that I think it was expensive for me.
the situation of the tips needs to be more clear, since the beginning , to avoid surprises.

Perfection
I had the incredible pleasure of taking part in a safari that truly exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfectly organized – from the moment we were picked up to the very last day.
But what made the biggest difference was our guide Silva!!!He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also passionate, patient, and had a great sense of humor. He spoke about the animals and nature in a way that was both fascinating and easy to understand, and he made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times.
Thanks to his sharp eye, we were able to spot a lot of animals. He also had a deep understanding of local customs and was able to answer every question, making us feel like we were truly part of this wild adventure – not just tourists.

Incredible First Safari!
This was a trip of many firsts for us -- our first safari and our first time in Africa! -- and Extreme Wilderness helped make it unforgettable. From our very first email exchange, our coordinator Sande was warm, friendly, and professional, patiently working with us to put together an itinerary that helped us pack a safari comprising Tarangire, the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro as well as a visit to Zanzibar into one short week. She and our guide Allen did everything they could to ensure we saw all we could have hoped for for even in our limited time. (Highlights included a mother cheetah and her cub, not one but two leopards, and a black rhino -- the only "major" animal we hadn't yet seen -- on our very last safari day, right before our flight to Zanzibar.) They ensured we made the most of every minute, but despite our fast-paced itinerary, we never felt rushed; they struck the perfect balance of efficiency and letting us enjoy the amazing sights.
On top of the safari itself, we were afforded the opportunity to try a variety of local foods as we'd requested, and all the accommodations were truly lovely. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

Unforgettable luxury safari experience!
From start to finish, this safari was an absolute dream. Mike did an excellent job organizing the tour, providing all the details needed to book with ease—including a well-done digital itinerary. The communication was excellent - he was very responsive and answered all my questions. As we got closer, he even made thoughtful adjustments based on current animal activity to ensure we had the best possible experience.
The accommodations were breathtaking. The lodges were true luxury in the middle of nature. The lodge staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with outstanding service that made the stay even more special.
Our tour guide, Michael, was awesome. His knowledge of the wildlife, environment, and local culture added so much value to the experience. He kept us on schedule while allowing us plenty of time to enjoy the sights. He always made sure we were comfortable with food, refreshments, and bathroom breaks. He also went out of his way to make sure we saw all the animals, shared cultural insights about the Maasai people, and even taught us some Swahili along the way!
As two women traveling alone, we always felt safe and well cared for with Michael. I can’t recommend this safari enough. It was definitely an experience of a lifetime.
A dream safari with my family
We had a fantastic safari with extreme wilderness adventure . Starting with a good planning from Mike and flawless communication….and an awesome time with our guide Daudi !!! He was fantastic driver and guide….my family loved him !!

Professional and friendly, Excellent guide
We went to Tanzania on our honeymoon. And we had a perfect 5 day trip withe Extreme Wilderness Adventure. The communication with tour manager Mike was smoothly even before the trip, And they were fully prepared to guide us when we arrived in Arusha.
The safari tour was well organized. The game drive was amazing because we got to see a lot of wild animals that were there, especially the big 5. Elephant sighting was highlight as we were able to see them up close.
Other things were just perfect, too. The tour, accommodation, fresh food, transportation, service and every lodges. Among them, our guide Johnson, he was the best. He was the best guide I ever had. He picked us up from the airport and we felt relieved right away. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made an effort for us who were not good at English. Also, he was good at solving problems when they arose and we could trust his expertise. He is very good people and experienced also and we enjoyed a lot with him on our safari.
It was the trip of a lifetime and we made happy honeymoon memories. Thank you, Extreme Wilderness Adventure and Tanzania!

Professional and easy going
Booked this safari very last minute (only 2 days prior) and everything was organised with such breeze! Great communication with Mike and Peter our guide was awesome! we had so much fun on this safari. The accommodation and food exceeded our expectations. The only regret we have was not staying longer in Serengeti. Highly recommend Extreme Wilderness for an unforgettable experience.

Friendly attentive touroperator with clear communication
Great 5 day Safari tour! Our tour guide Pius was extremely knowledgable and friendly and a great driver. We saw so many animals and enjoyed all the lodges we stayed in, staff were always friendly and the food was of high quality. The communication prior to the trip was also very clear and Mike was there to welcome us, as well as wave us goodbye at the end.
Overall a trip of a lifetime.
